A user equipment, network control node, method performed at a network control node and a method performed at a user equipment within a telecommunication network are disclosed. The method performed at the user equipment comprises: receiving an incoming call signal, the incoming call signal comprising a combined automatic answer and loudspeaker activation indication; in response to the incoming call signal, automatically answering the incoming call and activating a loudspeaker on the user equipment.

A unitary handheld portable module includes a keypad for entering data and a display for displaying data. A base module is configured to be coupled with and communicate through a telephone line and includes a keypad for dialing a telephone number and a display for displaying information. The portable and base modules are configured to have a mounted configuration in which the portable module is removably mounted on the base module and covers the base module's display, and the modules communicate with each other for the portable module's display to display information relating to operation of the base module.

An object of the present invention is to perform appropriate priority control even when tethering is performed. A radio base station eNB of the present invention includes an instruction unit 12 configured to give an instruction to a priority call terminal UE#1 to transmit data through a mobile network when a transmission rate of data from the priority call terminal UE#1 falls below a predetermined threshold value in a state where a low priority call bearer is established between the radio base station eNB and a WiFi router 10.

In various embodiments, a mobile device connected to a cellular network performs a credential exchange with a telephone not connected to an Internet Protocol (IP) network. The mobile device relays, via the cellular network, registration information between the telephone and a telephony interconnect service, based in part on the credential exchange. The mobile device receives an indication of a telephone call associated with a user of the mobile device. The mobile device proxies, via the cellular network, the telephone call between the telephony interconnect service and the telephone.

Systems, methods and computer program products for facilitating the provisioning of a single and multi-line virtual private branch exchange (PBX) including automated call distribution via a mobile device are described. In some implementations, the provisioning of the single and multi-line virtual PBX can be achieved using one or more unique provisioning interfaces. The unique provisioning interfaces can enable the setup and configuration of a virtual PBX service account instantaneously from any geographical location at any time. Changes made to the virtual PBX service account can be immediately reflected back (e.g., in real-time) to the system providing the core operating environment.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a memory, a communication module configured to communicate with an external electronic device, and a processor configured to: when a call forwarding is requested by the external electronic device, identify information on an embedded subscriber identity module (eSIM) profile of the external electronic device, based on call forwarding-related information stored in the memory; transmit the information on the eSIM profile to the external electronic device via the communication module; and set up the call forwarding with the external electronic device using the eSIM profile based on the information on the eSIM profile.

A method for short-range wireless communication for an electronic device is provided, which comprises establishing a first connection to a first electronic device; transmitting audio data on a call received by the electronic device to the first electronic device based on the first connection; and receiving audio data on a call received by the first electronic device based on a second connection in a state where the electronic device and the first electronic device are connected through the first connection.

In one embodiment, an internet telephony apparatus includes a network interface, connectable to a communication network, for sending and receiving internet telephony signals over the communication network. The apparatus further includes a telephone interface, connectable to an analog telephone device, for sending telephone control signals to the telephone device and receiving telephone control signals entered through a keypad of the telephone device. The apparatus further includes a controller operably coupled between the network interface and the telephone interface, the controller implementing a private internet telephony feature server for directing telephone calls, intended for the telephone device, received as internet telephony signals over the network interface and managing telephone services on behalf of the telephone device based on the telephone control signals received from the telephone device over the telephone interface.

A voice call method, device and system, the method including establishing, by a first device, a Bluetooth link to a second device, receiving, by the first device, call request information sent by a third device, sending the call request information to a second device through the Bluetooth link, sending, by the first device in response to an answer command from the second device, the answer command to the third device, establishing, by the first device, a call with the third device, sending a downlink audio signal received from the third device to the second device, or sending and uplink audio signal received from the second device to the third device, and converting, by the first device, in response to a sound channel switching command and receiving a downlink audio signal sent by the third device, the downlink audio signal into a sound signal, and playing the sound signal.

User interfaces may enable users to initiate voice-communications with voice-controlled devices via a Wi-Fi network or other network via an Internet Protocol (IP) address. The user interfaces may include controls to enable users to initiate voice communications, such as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calls, with devices that do not have connectivity with traditional mobile telephone networks, such as traditional circuit transmissions of a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). For example, the user interface may enable initiating a voice communication with a voice-controlled device that includes network connectivity via a home Wi-Fi network. The user interfaces may indicate availability of devices and/or contacts for voice communications and/or recent activity of devices or contact.
