Systems and methods for optimization of transmission of real-time data via network labeling
The present invention relates to systems and methods for network labeling in order to enhance real time data transfers. A network for a real time data transfer is identified and predictive models for network performance are compared against to determine if the network is suitable for the data transfer. If so, then the real time data transfer may be completed as expected. However, if the network is predicted to be unsuitable for transmission an alternate means for connection may be suggested. The alternate suggestion may include delaying the data transfer until the network is expected to be in better conditions, connecting to another access point in the network, or switching to another network entirely. During the data transfer, the quality of the network is monitored in order to update the predictive models for the network's quality. Identifiers for the network may be utilized to keep track of the networks. Network signal strength, signal pollution and time may also be tracked in order to identify patterns in the network's performance.
KIOSKS FOR EVALUATING AND PURCHASING USED ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND RELATED TECHNOLOGY
A process for a pre-acquisition auction for recycled electronic devices is disclosed herein. A plurality of pre-acquisition purchase prices are established with each of the plurality of pre-acquisition purchase prices established for a recycled electronic device in a predetermined condition, and each of the pre-acquisition purchase prices established by a winning bid from a bidder of a plurality of bidders for a recycled electronic device.

Enhanced system and method for fully automated reverse logistics platform
Disclosed are systems, methods, and computer-readable media for inspecting mobile devices. In one embodiment, a method is disclosed comprising executing a de-trash operation on a mobile device, the de-trash operation resulting in the removal of extraneous material attached to the mobile device; categorizing an operating system of the mobile device; connecting the mobile device to a reading device and installing one or more software applications on the mobile device, the one or more software application operable to read one or more identifiers from the mobile device; visually inspecting the mobile device and classifying the physical condition of the mobile device; performing a functional test on the mobile device upon determining that the physical condition of the mobile device is free of defects; and removing all test data from the mobile device after performing the functional test and flashing the mobile device with a new operating system image.
APPARATUSES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR TURNING OVER ELECTRONIC DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED KIOSKS FOR USE WITH SAME
Various embodiments of apparatuses to turn a mobile phone over in, for example, a kiosk, and associated embodiments of kiosks are disclosed herein. Embodiments of such apparatuses can enable the kiosk to visually inspect both the front and back sides of the mobile device on an inspection surface with an inspection system (e.g., one or more imaging devices, lighting devices, etc.) positioned above the inspection surface, and can eliminate the need to position a second inspection system below a transparent inspection surface to visually inspect, e.g., the back side of the mobile device through the transparent inspection surface.
TEST FIXTURE
Disclosed is a test fixture. The test fixture includes a fixture body, a support portion and a first adjustment mechanism; the fixture body is provided with a recess configured for placement of a test camera assembly to be tested, and a depth of the recess is equal to or greater than a thickness of the test camera assembly; the support portion is connected to the fixture body and provided with a support plane parallel to a bottom surface of the recess and configured for placement of a display panel to be tested; and the first adjustment mechanism is arranged on the fixture body and configured to adjust a size of the recess to fasten the test camera assembly.
Method and Apparatus for Providing Network Experience Testing
A method of obtaining qualitative information regarding network capabilities includes determining network identification information for an access network of a user responsive to receipt of a request from a user device to detect the access network of the user, determining network parameters for the access network, performing one or more additional network tests specific to categories of services or applications to obtain a qualitative assessment of the access network's capabilities relative to different categories of services or applications, and/or providing a graphical display of the qualitative assessment on the user device.
Methods and systems for stowed state verification in an electronic device
An electronic device includes one or more processors. When a first sensor delivers a first signal to the one or more processors indicating that the electronic device is in a stowed state, and a second sensor delivers a second signal to the one or more processors indicating that the electronic device is in a held state the one or more processors query the third sensor for a third signal indicating whether the electronic device is in the stowed state. The one or more processors perform a control operation when the third signal fails to indicate the electronic device is in the stowed state. The one or more processors omit performance of the control operation when the third signal indicates the electronic device is in the stowed state.
SHIELD BOX FOR TESTING MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION TERMINAL
The present disclosure relates to a shield box for testing a mobile telecommunication terminal in which an increase in temperature in a shield box is prevented in performing various tests on a mobile telecommunication terminal having multiple antennas in an Over The Air (OTA) method to perform a stable test.
The shield box for testing a communication terminal of the present disclosure includes a shield box main body made of metal, having a jig entrance formed on the front side, and equipped with a vent which a plurality of vent holes of 1 to 10 mm in size are formed on the upper and rear sides, respectively; a test jig assembly installed to be able to enter and exit through the jig entrance while mounting a PCB for non-contact wireless connection in which a plurality of non-contact wireless connection parts that are wirelessly connected to a mobile telecommunication terminal and transmit and receive signals are arranged; and a ventilation fan mounted on the upper vent or the rear vent.
