WIRELESS INTERNET MONITORING APPLICATION
A wireless internet monitoring system comprising an application on a plurality of mobile devices recording the strength of a wireless internet signal received at a mobile device along with a GPS coordinates of the mobile device at time of said recording , wherein said application transmits the monitored signal strength along with said GPS coordinates to a backend application executed on a server. The backend application consolidates the monitored signal strength and said GPS coordinates with one or more previously monitored signal strength and GPS coordinate and preparing a geographical map of the monitored signal strength to be displayed by the application on the mobile device.
MESSAGE PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A message processing method, applied to a terminal device including a modem, includes: monitoring a running state of the modem, and restarting the modem when it is monitored that the modem crashes; and maintaining a communication connection state, and prohibiting notification of a modem crash message to a user. By maintaining a normal communication state after the modem crashes, it is ensured that the user continues to use the various services of the terminal normally to avoid the interruption of the ongoing business of the user; and the terminal resumes normal operation after the modem is restarted, and the user does not perceive that the modem has ever crashed, thereby maintaining the experience of using the terminal normally all the time.
Repair terminal and information processing device
According to one embodiment, a repair terminal includes reception means for receiving a setting value of a predetermined setting item set in an information processing device by visible light communication using light emitted by a light source device connected to the information processing device; matching means for matching a setting value of the setting item received by the reception means with a matching setting value corresponding to the setting item and determining appropriateness of the setting value; and output means for outputting a matching result of the matching means.
METHOD FOR OFFERING A PROTECTION POLICY FOR A MOBILE DEVICE
One embodiment includes a method for offering a protection policy for a mobile device, the method comprising the steps of providing an application, conducting a test of the mobile device, calculating the risk of protecting the mobile device, and offering an protection policy. The application is configured to operate on the mobile device and to test at least one function of the mobile device. The test is conducted by the application and verifies at least one function of the mobile device through the application. The risk of protecting the mobile device is based upon at least one result of the test. The protection policy for the mobile device is based upon the calculated risk, has a cost, and is offered for purchase to a user of the mobile device.

PROACTIVE AND REACTIVE MANAGEMENT FOR DEVICES IN A NETWORK
The disclosed technology includes a health engine that monitors and modifies customer-premises equipment (CPE) devices. The health engine can detect patterns in CPE device behavior, identify problems with CPE devices, and adjust CPE device configurations proactively or reactively to address problems or prevent problems. In some implementations, the health engine can instruct a CPE device or gateway to restart, update its software or firmware, notify a user of the CPE device of an unhealthy behavior pattern in a CPE device. The health engine can modify a CPE device prior to a user using the device or when the CPE device is inactive.

Third party monitoring of activity within a monitoring platform
The present disclosure describes a monitoring environment that monitors an activity for activity that may be indicative of being prohibited by the local, the state, and/or the national governing authorities, namely suspicious activity, or activity that is prohibited by the local, the state, and/or the national governing authorities, namely prohibited activity. The monitoring environment verifies the activity is actually being monitored within the monitoring environment. The verification can require one or more monitoring persons monitoring the activity to perform one or more tasks to verify their attentiveness in monitoring the activity. The one or more tasks can be as simple as activating a checkbox or providing a code or an electronic signature to provide some examples, although more complicated tasks, such as a biometric verification such as a retinal, a facial, and/or a voice verification to provide some examples, are possible as will be recognized by those skilled in the relevant art(s) without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.
System and method for mobile device functionality testing
An automated system which tests the functionality of the components of mobile devices. The system is capable to test different mobile devices and is capable of accepting and testing several devices simultaneously. The system is capable of inspecting the display, testing the microphone and speakers, testing connectivity, such as USB and headphone connectivity, testing wireless charging, etc.
Apparatus for testing display module and method for testing display module
A method for testing a display module may include providing light to the display module, obtaining an image of the display module, measuring a first center of a hole in the display module, measuring a first distance from the first center to an edge of the hole, measuring a second center of a closed line formed by a signal line of the display module, measuring a second distance from the second center to the signal line, calculating a third distance between the first center and the second center, and comparing the second distance with a sum of the first distance and the third distance.
