High-volume wireless device testing
A system includes a customer premises equipment (CPE) testing platform, a CPE testing rack, enclosures, and wireless components. The CPE testing rack is communicatively connected to the CPE testing platform and receptive to communication with wireless CPE devices. The enclosures are communicatively connected to the CPE testing rack. Each enclosure has wireless shielding to reduce outside wireless interference from entering the enclosure and to reduce wireless signals within the enclosure from exiting the enclosure. Each enclosure is receptive to installation therein a corresponding wireless CPE device. The wireless components are communicatively connected to the CPE testing platform. Each wireless component is mounted within a corresponding enclosure to wirelessly communicate with the corresponding wireless CPE device installed within the corresponding enclosure.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIRECT DEVICE COMMUNICATION WITH DIAGNOSTICS AND PROVISIONING
There are provided systems and methods for mobile device diagnostics and provisioning, whereby connections are effectuated to communicate directly with hardware of mobile devices to perform diagnostics and other functions such as device erasure without the need to first install an app on the mobile device. In this manner, information such as detailed product identification, vendor identification, and diagnostic information may be quickly obtained from the mobile device, and diagnostics and erasure undertaken to return a previously owned device into the stream of commerce in an efficient manner.
Methods and systems for stowed state verification in an electronic device
An electronic device includes one or more processors. When a first sensor delivers a first signal to the one or more processors indicating that the electronic device is in a stowed state, and a second sensor delivers a second signal to the one or more processors indicating that the electronic device is in a held state the one or more processors query the third sensor for a third signal indicating whether the electronic device is in the stowed state. The one or more processors perform a control operation when the third signal fails to indicate the electronic device is in the stowed state. The one or more processors omit performance of the control operation when the third signal indicates the electronic device is in the stowed state.
KIOSKS FOR EVALUATING AND PURCHASING USED ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND RELATED TECHNOLOGY
A process for a pre-acquisition auction for recycled electronic devices is disclosed herein. A plurality of pre-acquisition purchase prices are established with each of the plurality of pre-acquisition purchase prices established for a recycled electronic device in a predetermined condition, and each of the pre-acquisition purchase prices established by a winning bid from a bidder of a plurality of bidders for a recycled electronic device.

DISPLAY DEVICE COMPRISING WIRING FOR DETECTING CRACKS FORMED ON AREA ADJACENT TO OPENING FORMED ON DISPLAY, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE COMPRISING SAME
A display device according to various embodiments comprises: a pixel layer comprising a plurality of pixels and having one or more parts of an area of an outer line, on which the plurality of pixels are disposed, depressively formed; and a wiring layer disposed along the depressively-formed one or more parts of the outer line, and comprising detection wiring for detecting cracks on an area adjacent to the pixel layer, wherein the wiring layer can be disposed below the pixel layer. Other various embodiments are possible.
Practice emergency call system
An emergency call practice application can execute on user equipment (UE) to allow users to practice dialing 9-1-1 or other emergency numbers. In a network practice mode, the emergency call practice application can initiate a practice emergency call by sending a call setup message to an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). The IMS can route the call setup message to a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) routing server, which can recognize a destination identifier in the call setup message as being associated with a test server instead of a PSAP. The PSAP routing server can forward the call setup message to the test server to connect the practice emergency call.

Systems, methods, and storage media for testing local loops of telecommunications networks
Automatic testing/analysis of local loops of telecommunications networks includes obtaining bits-per-tone data for a local loop of a telecommunications network and generating a bit value string from the bits-per-tone data. The bit value string is then analyzed to determine whether it includes a bit pattern indicative of an impairment of the local loop. Further approaches for automatically testing local loops of telecommunications networks include obtaining attenuation data for multiple tones carried by the local loop and determining whether the attenuation data falls below thresholds for providing a service using the local loop.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING TELEPHONY COMMUNICATIONS IN REAL TIME
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a system for monitoring telephony communications in real time, comprising: first user communication devices and second user communication devices are connected to a first provider communication device and a second provider communication device. A telephony communication establishment module is installed in the first user communication devices and the second user communication devices, the telephony communication establishment module is configured to perform telephony operations and data connectivity to communicate to a telephony communication monitoring system, and a telephony server is configured to transmit telephony communications to the first user communication devices via a network based on the connection originating to the telephony server, the telephony server is configured to forward the telephony communication status to the first provider communication device, the first provider communication device is configured to provide the telephony communication status from the telephony server to the first user communication devices and the telephony communication monitoring system.
