The present disclosure discloses a method for identifying an identity, device and a communication terminal. The method includes that: a voiceprint feature of a current call object and a mobile phone number of the current call object are extracted; the identity of the current call object is identified according to the voiceprint feature and the mobile phone number. The present disclosure solves the problem in the related art that it is difficult to effectively identify the identity of a call object, thus providing a method for effectively identifying the identity of a current call object and technically reducing the probability of phone fraud on a user.

A fingerprint sensor, a terminal, and a method for manufacturing a fingerprint sensor are provided. The fingerprint sensor includes a chip unit and a first adhesive layer. The chip unit includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first surface is configured to receive a touch operation. Example systems, methods, and logic are provided herein for detecting a numerical identifier of an endpoint. In one example, a connectivity manager establishes a wireless communication session with a fixed endpoint using a wireless communication protocol. The connectivity manager module then generates a Phone Book Access Profile (PBAP) request to download a phone number associated with the fixed endpoint. The connectivity manager module receives, via the wireless communication session, a PBAP response comprising a phone number identifying the fixed endpoint and inputs the phone number identifying the fixed endpoint into a field used for initiating a call to the fixed endpoint.

The present publication discloses a communication chip integrated with a SIM card, comprising: a baseband CPU, a first protocol interface, selector switch, and a SIMZone unit; said baseband CPU being connected to the first protocol interface; said selector switch being connected to the SIMZone unit, the first protocol interface, and an IF1 interface. Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for implementing mobile terminating call. According to an embodiment, a subscriber management node obtains, from a mobility management node, an indication that indicates whether a packet switching (PS) connection is currently active for a terminal device. The subscriber management node receives, from a server, a first query about whether a PS access domain is to be used for a terminating call to the terminal device. The subscriber management node sends a response to the server based on the obtained indication.

Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for implementing mobile terminating call. According to an embodiment, a subscriber management node obtains, from a mobility management node, an indication that indicates whether a packet switching (PS) connection is currently active for a terminal device. The subscriber management node receives, from a server, a first query about whether a PS access domain is to be used for a terminating call to the terminal device. The subscriber management node sends a response to the server based on the obtained indication.

A system for initiating phone calls includes a database including records related to one or more second users, each of the second users being associated with an identifier and a phone number, a phone including a controller in communication with the database, and a memory in communication with the controller. The memory including program instructions executable by the controller that, when executed by the controller, cause the controller to provide a user interface that receives a phone call request from a first user, wherein the phone call request includes the identifier associated with a one of the second users and does not include the phone number associated with the one of the second users, and, in response to receiving the phone call request, initiating the phone call over a telephone network from the phone to the phone number associated with the one of the second users.
