OPTIMIZED TRIGGERING OF TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS
A method for managing telephone communication and to a corresponding computer program, storage medium, telephone communication management device, and telephone communication management platform. A request to set up a telephone communication session between a first terminal and a second terminal is received. Each terminal has its own identifier. A first call command is sent to the first terminal. Pickup of the first terminal by a user before the end of a predetermined period is detected. Automatic detection is based on obtaining a signal indicating that the first call command has been accepted, associated with obtaining an indication of a user's interaction with a human-machine interface at the first terminal. A second call command is then sent to the second terminal.

Incoming Voice Calling Method and Terminal
A first terminal sends a multimedia file to a server; the first terminal receives a multimedia identifier sent by the server, where the multimedia identifier is used to represent a location of the multimedia file in the server; the first terminal sends the multimedia identifier to a second terminal; the first terminal sends a call request to the second terminal, so that the second terminal plays the multimedia file. Call intention information is played to the second terminal through multimedia, so that a user of the second terminal obtains the call intention information in time.

NOTIFICATION SYSTEM, NOTIFICATION METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM STORING PROGRAM
A notification system includes: detection means (110) for detecting an acoustic event from voice data transmitted from a communication terminal held by a target person; and notification means (120) for sending a predetermined notification when the detection means (110) has detected the acoustic event. Accordingly, it is possible to determine the state of a target person regardless of the state of this person. Further, when the difference between an acoustic pattern of the voice data transmitted from the communication terminal and acoustic patterns registered in advance is outside a predetermined range, a management server (101) does not send a notification, whereby it is possible to prevent communication traffic from being increased based on unnecessary notifications.

Terminal device and recording medium for originating signals
An acquisition unit acquires a reference time that is a reception time when a signal was received from another terminal or a call origination time when the other terminal device transmitted a signal. A storage stores a call origination time when a signal was transmitted to the other terminal device. A controller selects, by referring to the reference time acquired by the acquisition unit and the call origination time stored in the storage, a first communication mode in which communication is started after a predetermined user operation is performed in the other terminal device or a second communication mode in which communication is started even when the predetermined user operation is not performed in the other terminal device. A communication unit transmits a signal to the other terminal device in accordance with the communication mode selected by the controller.
Dialling phone numbers
Method and apparatus for effecting a voice communication between user terminals connected via a communication network include displaying a menu of country options to a user and receiving a number in local form. Formatting rules are recalled for a destination country selected by the user from the country options. A country prefix for the destination country is prepended to the number in accordance with the formatting rules to generate a formatted number. The formatted number is supplied to a client installed at the user terminal for effecting the voice communication using the formatted number.

Dynamic muting of communication notifications
A system and methods are provided for dynamically muting or suppressing notifications of new communications. When a new communication is received for a user of a communication device (e.g., a mobile telephone, a computer) while notifications are muted, no notification may be issued to the user or, alternatively, a muted notification that differs from a normal notification may be issued. A muted notification may have muted sound or no sound, abbreviated vibration or no vibration, or may otherwise be a dampened version of a normal notification. Dynamic muting may be applied or managed on the user's device or on a system that hosts the communication application for which notifications are muted. Different applications and/or communication sessions (e.g., different chat groups) may be muted differently (e.g., for different periods of time). When a group chat session is muted, the duration of muting may be proportional to the number of participants.
