Examples disclosed herein involve receiving a request from a calling device to establish a communication session between a mobile device and the calling device, the mobile device assigned a virtual telephone number, retrieving location information corresponding to a location of the mobile device from a location register, and sending a redirect to a session border controller (SBC) to establish the communication session between the calling device and the mobile device based on the location information.
System and Method for Mobile Core Data Services
A mobile core network with distributed data services is provided. The mobile core network includes distributed mobile cores associated with mobile data service (MDS) agents at distributed data centers. A central MDS agent is host at a central data center providing legacy mobility management entity (MME) functions. The central MDS agent and the MDS agents at the distributed data centers coordinate with each other for synchronizing context information, such as subscriber data, session context data and metrics data of UEs, so that the context information is available at the central data center and the distributed data centers when or before it is requested.

Video relay services, communication systems, and methods are disclosed connecting users with N11 services in a video relay service environment. A video relay service may comprise at least one server configured to manage a customer database including customer records for audibly-impaired users of the video relay service, manage an N11 database including alternate numbers corresponding to N11 codes for a plurality of different locations defined by political boundaries, receive incoming video calls including an N11 code from a calling party, resolve the N11 code to an appropriate alternate number for an N11 service based on a political boundary for the calling party responsive to a query of the N11 database, establish a first connection between a video communication device associated with the calling party and a call assistant station associated with a sign language interpreter, and establish a second connection between the call assistant station and the N11 service.

A telephone advertisement system acquires, in response to receiving a telephone talk request from a caller to a callee, callee information indicating a callee from a caller terminal device of the caller. The telephone advertisement system acquires, based on the acquired callee information, advertisement content associated with a condition corresponding to an attribute of the callee among a plurality of pieces of advertisement content, each of the plurality of piece of advertisement content associated with a condition of a person to whom respective advertisement content is presented, the condition of the person stored in a predetermined storage. The telephone advertisement system transmits the acquired advertisement content to the caller terminal device to cause the caller terminal device to present the advertisement content within an invitation period during which the callee is being invited to answer an incoming call.
CALL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ITS SPEECH RECOGNITION CONTROL METHOD
A speech recognition server has a speech recognition engine, and a mode control table to hold a speech recognition mode for each call. Integration of VoIP phone services with Intelligent Cloud Voice Recognition for emergency services overcomes limitations of conventional residential telephone technology to inexpensively provide more useful and advanced residential telephone services. For example, in an embodiment, a communication method may comprise establishing a communications session between either a user device and a telephone system or between a user device and voice recognition system, if the communications session is between a user device and a telephone system, extending the communications session to include a voice recognition system, if the communications session is between a user device and a voice recognition system, extending the communications session to include a telephone system, providing voice or speech information to the voice recognition system from the user device, and performing at least one function with the voice recognition system based on the provided voice or speech information.
PRIORITIZATION OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Methods, systems, and apparatus for prioritizing communications are described. Metadata that characterizes an electronic communication is obtained and a machine learning algorithm is applied to the metadata to generate a scoring model. A score for the electronic communication is generated based on the scoring model.

A distributed voice applications system includes a voice applications rendering agent and at least one voice applications agent that is configured to provide voice applications to an individual user. A management system may control and direct the voice applications rendering agent to create voice applications that are personalized for individual users based on user characteristics, information about the environment in which the voice applications will be performed, prior user interactions and other information. The voice applications agent and components of customized voice applications may be resident on a local user device which includes a voice browser and speech recognition capabilities. The local device, voice applications rendering agent and management system may be interconnected via a communications network.

A method for a communication platform includes receiving configuration data associated with an account, the configuration data identifying a plurality of communication endpoints of a plurality of users to receive messages of the entity. The method also includes receiving a request associated with the account of the entity to transmit one or more messages of the entity to a set of communication endpoints of the plurality of communication endpoints, and identifying, based on the request, one or more orchestration rules of the plurality of orchestration rules. The method further includes determining, based on the configuration data associated with the account of the entity and the one or more orchestration rules, parameters for delivering the one or more messages to the set of communication endpoints, and transmitting the one or more messages to communication endpoints in the set of communication endpoints according to the determined parameters.
