ONLINE MARKETPLACE OF PLUGINS FOR ENHANCING DIALOG SYSTEMS

A method for enhancing dialog systems is disclosed herein. The method comprises maintaining an online marketplace that may include a plurality of dialog system extension elements. Each of the plurality of dialog system extension elements may include at least one of a dialog system plugin, a dialog system add-on, a dialog system update, and a dialog system upgrade. The method may further include receiving a selection of one of the plurality of dialog system extension elements from a software developer. The software developer may be associated with a dialog system. The method may continue with associating the one of the plurality of dialog system extension elements with the dialog system of the software developer.

Systems and methods for providing multi-modal interaction via user equipment

A system described herein may provide a technique for a multi-modal interaction experience with a User Equipment (“UE”) via multiple concurrent presentation modes. Such multiple modes may include a voice call with an interactive voice response (“IVR”) system, as well as the simultaneous presentation of information and/or selectable options at a UE associated engaged in the voice call with the IVR system. The information may be presented via a graphical user interface at the UE that is engaged in the call with the IVR system. In this manner, the UE may provide a multi-modal experience to a user, in which the user can simultaneously interact with the IVR system via the call, and can also receive or provide further interactions related to call via the GUI.

Single interface for provisioning collected data to requesting systems

Systems and methods are described herein for providing multiple, different types of information for mobile devices and associated users to requesting systems, such as customer service systems provided by telecommunications carriers. The systems and methods may generate a single API that, when called by a requesting system (e.g., via a request transmitted by the requesting system that includes subscriber or device information), provides data collected from multiple, disparate data sources back to the requesting system via the single API.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING AND USING TRANSLATION-ENABLED MULTIPARTY COMMUNICATION SESSIONS
20210264118 · 2021-08-26 ·

Systems and methods for providing a translation-enabled multiparty communication session utilize a translation service that is configured to receive individual audio streams from each participant in the communication session, and which then generates a participant text stream for each participant based on their audio stream. This can be accomplished using speech-to-text techniques. Each participant's text stream is then translated into a different language to create a translated participant text stream. Individual participants in the communication session can then subscribe to the translated participant text streams to view a translation of what each participant is saying during the communication session.

Dialogue flow optimization and personalization

A method for generating a dialogue tree for an automated self-help system of a contact center from a plurality of recorded interactions between customers and agents of the contact center includes: computing, by a processor, a plurality of feature vectors, each feature vector corresponding to one of the recorded interactions; computing, by the processor, similarities between pairs of the feature vectors; grouping, by the processor, similar feature vectors based on the computed similarities into groups of interactions; rating, by the processor, feature vectors within each group of interactions based on one or more criteria, wherein the criteria include at least one of interaction time, success rate, and customer satisfaction; and outputting, by the processor, a dialogue tree in accordance with the rated feature vectors for configuring the automated self-help system.

Message Delivery Based on Subsets of Network Identities
20210144215 · 2021-05-13 · ·

User devices configured to select subsets of network identities and network devices configured to deliver messages based on those subsets are described herein. The user devices each receive multiple network identities for a service account, select a subset of the network identities based on preferences, and provide the selected subset to the telecommunication network in message headers. The preferences indicate network identities for which a user wishes the user device to receive communications. A network device receives and caches the subsets. The network device further utilizes the subsets in determining which user device to deliver messages to.
