System And Method For One-Touch Split-Mode Conference Access
A system for one-touch split-mode conference access includes a client, a server, a voice over internet protocol (VOIP) device and a telephony server. The client obtains information associated with a conference and transmits the information to the server. The server transmits the information to the VOIP device, which is paired to the client based on a user account. The VOIP device displays a notification based on the received information. The VOIP device obtains an input from the user. The input is based on the notification. The VOIP device transmits call information based on the input to the telephony server. The telephony server initiates the audio component of the conference on the VOIP device.
COOPERATIVE POWER MANAGEMENT
Embodiments are generally directed to managing power consumption of powered devices. In some embodiments, the powered devices draw power from a common source of power, which is limited. Under certain circumstances, exceeding the power limits can cause interruption of power to one or more of the devices, thus introducing a source of communication failures. To ensure reliable communications, an attempt to increase a power consumption of a first powered device in a power group is first reviewed to determine if the increase will cause a supplied power of the group to exceed a maximum power of the group. If the increase will cause the maximum power to be exceeded, the increase is modified, in some circumstances, to fit within the maximum power level. Alternatively, power consumption of a lower priority device is reduced to accommodate the requested power consumption increase.
Systems and methods for conducting secure VOIP multi-party calls
System and method for establishing secure conference calls. In one example system, a central conference call server establishes point-to-point connections with accessory devices comprising a secure element and connected to corresponding participant devices. The conference call server includes an interface to a plurality of secure elements configured to perform scrambling and unscrambling of media signals communicated to and from the accessory devices. In another example, one of the participant devices operates as the central conference call server. In other examples, participant devices communicate on a conference call via point-to-point connections between all accessory devices connected to the participant devices. The accessory devices include secure elements for decryption and encryption of media signals communicated between the accessory devices.
Systems and methods for global dynamic hierarchical ordering system
A unified ecommerce platform system that enables sellers to acquire in depth insight into their business market and consumers utilizing a centralized cloud based platform with enhanced consumer purchasing and information gathering abilities and allows users enhanced granular security tools and information for purchase.
System and method for integrating session initiation protocol communication in a telecommunications platform
A system and method for facilitating signaling and media communication at a communication platform that includes receiving a communication request to a resource, wherein the communication request specifies a destination endpoint; establishing signaling and media communication in a session with the destination endpoint of the communication request; registering a callback resource to a signaling event of the session; monitoring signaling messages of the session; detecting the signaling event in the signaling messages of the session; and triggering the callback resource upon detecting the signaling event.
Insight determination from aggregated call content
An example operation may include one or more of receiving audio files from public safety answering points (PSAPs), the audio files comprising recordings of telephone calls captured via the PSAPs, converting, via a speech-to-text converter, the audio files into text files that comprises respective transcripts of the respective telephone calls, identifying, via a reporting engine, a recurring topic that is repeatedly observed among the PSAPs from text content within the text files, and outputting, via the reporting engine, a descriptive identifier of the recurring topic via a user interface.
CONCURRENT COLLABORATION CONFERENCE PORT MANAGEMENT
Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems and methods for a collaboration conferencing system to track a total number of concurrently utilized ports across any number of conferencing bridges of the network for a particular customer and one or more billing actions may occur based on this tracking. This may result in an alternate billing option for the customer's use of the system. Further, a telecommunications network administrator may provide access to the collaboration conferencing system based on a total number of concurrently utilized ports rather than on a per conference or per minute basis. With the information of the number of purchased ports by the customer, the administrator may more accurately predict an available capacity for the collaboration conferencing system needed to support all of the users of the system and the potential collaboration conferences.
Telephony web event system and method
An embodiment of the system for publishing events of a telephony application to a client includes a call router that generates events from the telephony application and an event router that manages the publication of events generated by the call router and that manages the subscription to events by clients. The system can be used with a telephony application that interfaces with a telephony device and an application server.
Dynamic direction of incoming calls
Apparatus and methods concerning call routing are disclosed. In an example embodiment, a call alert message, indicative of the call answer options, is communicated from a data-communications server to the communication device, determined in response to receiving an incoming call for a communication device at the server. A selected option is received from the communication device. In response to the selected option indicating the first call answer option, the call is routed to the communication device as a call via a data network or in response to the selected option indicating the second call answer option, the call is routed to the communication device via a PSTN.
MUTUAL DISABLING UNIT FOR MULTIPLE PHONES
A secure phone system comprising a plurality of Voice over IP (VoIP) phones, each having an enhanced security implant device, a Mutual Disabling Unit (MDU) and a method of operating the system for securing VoIP phones located in the same room by disabling a VoIP phone while a call is active in another phone in order to prevent audio eavesdropping.
