Display control method, information processing server, and display terminal
A display control method performed using a system including an information processing server includes: (a) obtaining, using a sensor, a user state indicating whether a user is currently cooking using a cooker, when an image of a delivery person delivering an item to a building in which the user is present is captured by a camera provided at an entrance door of the building; (b) obtaining content information of the item; (c) obtaining at least one suggestion associated with the user state and the content information of the item; and (d) causing a display terminal provided in the building to display the image of the delivery person, the content information of the item, and the at least one suggestion. Here, (a) to (d) are performed by the information processing server.
VOLUME CONTROL OVER SHARED TRUNK LINES IN INTERCOM SYSTEMS
Systems and methods for volume control over intercom trunk lines. One example method includes receiving, from a first keypanel coupled to a first intercom, a call request identifying a remote keypanel coupled to a second intercom. The method includes transmitting a trunk request based on the call request and receiving a trunk setup message. The method includes activating a first crosspoint to provide a two-way audio connection between the first and second intercom devices. The method includes applying a trunk gain value to the first crosspoint based on the remote keypanel and transmitting, with an audio gain based on the trunk gain value, an audio stream received from the first keypanel. The method includes receiving, from the second intercom, a gain adjustment value associated with the first keypanel and the remote keypanel and applying an adjusted trunk gain value to the first crosspoint based on the gain adjustment value.

TERMINAL APPARATUS, BASE STATION APPARATUS, COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND INTEGRATED CIRCUIT
Provided is a technique related to a terminal apparatus, a base station apparatus, a communication system, a communication method, and an integrated circuit that are capable of efficiently performing device-to-device communication. In a case where a terminal apparatus capable of direct communication between terminal apparatuses starts a timer corresponding to a group index that identifies short-range group communication, to which the terminal apparatus belongs, and the timer expires, switching is performed from a first radio resource allocation method, by which a radio resource to be used for the direct communication is requested to a base station apparatus, to a second radio resource allocation method by which the terminal apparatus selects a radio resource to be used for the direct communication.
Telephony collaboration system and method for a trusted environment
A telephony collaboration system and method are provided. The method includes activating a wireless feature on an admin device, determining, whether a new group is to be created, determining whether to subscribe a guest device to an existing group, determining whether to join the guest device to a previously subscribed to group, when the admin device is to create the new group, creating the new group and assigning a name to the new group, when the guest device is to subscribe to the existing group, scanning for the existing group and transmitting a subscription request requesting that the guest device be subscribed to the existing group, and when the admin device is to join the previously subscribed to group, scanning for the previously subscribed to group and transmitting a join request requesting that the admin device be registered with the previously subscribed to group.
MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE INTERPHONE SYSTEM
A multiple dwelling house interphone system includes a collective entrance machine and a dwelling room master device. Each automatic door requires an unlock operation to pass through for proceeding to each area, and a part of the areas are occupied by facilities other than dwelling units. The collective entrance machine includes a card information input section, and the automatic doors each include an unlock operation section for unlocking using the card medium. The collective entrance machine further includes a card authentication section, an unlocking door storage section, and a card information storage section. The card authentication section permits the unlocking by the card medium when the information input to the card information input section matches the information registered in the card information storage section. The permitted card medium enables unlocking the automatic door stored in the unlocking door storage section in association with the information of the card medium.

DOORBELL, KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND INTERCOM SYSTEM
A doorbell (2) includes an operation unit (22) capable of performing a calling operation, a camera (26), a microphone (23), a speaker (24), and a control unit (21) connected to the operation unit (22), the camera (26), the microphone (23) and the speaker (24) and capable of performing direct or indirect communication with an external device in which delivery item information relating to a delivery item is recorded. The control unit (21) is configured to acquire the delivery item information from the external device, and based on the delivery item information, to transmit a delivery notification of the delivery item to an information terminal (3) associated with a resident of a residence to which the doorbell (2) is attached.
Remote device interface and telephone entry system
Methods and systems for granting access to a building are disclosed. The system includes a telephone entry system associated with the building, a processor in communication with the telephone entry system, a non-transitory computer readable medium. The non-transitory computer-readable medium includes one or more programming instructions that when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive a request including an access code for access to the building code, determine whether the access code is valid, and transmit to the telephone entry system associated with the building a sequence of dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) tones to cause the telephone entry system to grant access to the building in response to determining that the access code is valid.
INTERCOM SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE USERS
An intercom system provides audio communication between multiple users wearing head-mounted devices (HMDs). In an embodiment, the intercom system determines a first location of a first HMD of a first user. The intercom system determines a second location of a second HMD of a second user. The intercom system receives audio of the first user from a microphone of the first HMD. The intercom system determines a volume level of the audio at the second location using at least the first location and the second location. The intercom system transmits the audio to the second HMD responsive to determining that the volume level is less than a threshold volume. The intercom system may also selectively transmit audio based on gaze direction of a user. Additionally, the intercom system may generate a transcript of audio input by users.
