Intercom system
An intercom system includes a dwelling parent device installed in each dwelling, a collective foyer device configured to communicate with the dwelling parent device, and a control device configured to control the collective foyer device, which includes name plates on each of which a resident name for specifying a dwelling parent device of a resident is displayed so a visitor may call the resident, and dedicated buttons correlated with the name plates and capable of receiving an operation for calling the dwelling parent device corresponding to the resident name displayed on each name plate. The collective foyer device or the control device includes a calling table in which location numbers for specifying locations of dedicated buttons in a region of the collective foyer device are assigned. The respective resident names are assigned to the location numbers of the dedicated buttons visually recognizable to the visitor, on the calling table.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE, PROGRAM, AND CONTROL METHOD
An electronic device includes a proximity sensor, a communication interface that communicates with an indoor unit of an intercom, and a controller. When the communication interface acquires a signal indicating receipt of a call notification by the indoor unit of the intercom, the controller executes processing to control the indoor unit of the intercom based on a gesture detected by the proximity sensor. An electronic device includes a proximity sensor, a communication interface that communicates with an outdoor unit of an intercom, and a controller. When the communication interface acquires a call notification from the outdoor unit of the intercom, the controller executes processing to control the outdoor unit of the intercom based on a gesture detected by the proximity sensor.
NETWORK COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A network communication station has a housing with a housing front and a housing rear side, a plurality of operating elements on the housing front, and a touchscreen display movable on the housing front between a first position and a second position physically offset therefrom for, in a first function state of the display, displaying information of a first kind and/or allowing data of a first kind to be entered on the display and for, in a second function state of the display, displaying information of a second kind and/or allowing data of a second kind to be entered on the display. A controller sets the display in the first function state when in the first position and in the second function state when in the second position.

Building controller and interphone system
In an intercom system to be used in an apartment complex configured by residential buildings and a centralized building that can communicate with the residential buildings, the residential buildings includes: residential room master devices disposed in residential rooms collective entrance deviceswhich can communicate with the residential room master devices; and a building controller. The building controller has: a building controller ID that, when one of the residential room master devices is called from the centralized building via the building controller, is used in recognition in which the centralized building recognizes the building controller; and a collective entrance device ID that, when the one residential room master device is called from the centralized building via the building controller, is used in recognition in which the one residential room master device recognizes the building controller as a virtual collective entrance device that is different from the collective entrance devices.
Audio group identification for conferencing
Systems and methods are disclosed for audio group identification for conferencing. For example, methods may include joining a conference call using a network interface; accessing an audio signal that has been captured using a microphone; detecting a control signal in the audio signal; and, responsive to detection of the control signal, invoking modification of an audio path of the conference call.

Speech station for intercom network
The invention relates, among others, to a communication station (10) for an intercom network (11), comprising a housing (12) with a housing front (13) and a housing rear side (14), wherein a plurality of operating elements (15a, 15b, 15c) and at least one display (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) are on the housing front, the display being configured as a touchscreen display, wherein the operating elements comprise a plurality of selector keys (17a, 17b, 17c, 17d), wherein the communication station as a result of an operator actuating a selector key provides a direct listening and/or speaking connection to another selected communication station (18a, 18b) of the intercom network, in particular via a switching station (19), wherein in a first function state (68) of the display information (A; B, C) of a first kind can be displayed and/or data (A; B; C) of a first kind can be entered on the display, the information and/or data relating to at least one operating element. The particular characteristic of the invention consists in that the display (16c) can be shifted between a rest position (66) and a switching position (67), wherein as a result of shifting the display into the switching position, the display assumes a second function state, in which information (D; E; F) of a second kind can be displayed and/or data (D; E; F) of a second can be entered on the display, the information and/or data relating to at least one operating element.
