Managing asset placement with respect to a distributed computing environment having a set of hosts
A method, computer system, and a computer program product for managing asset placement with respect to a distributed computing environment having a set of hosts is provided. The present invention may include detecting a set of host computing resource requirement data for an asset, wherein the distributed computing environment includes a stream computing environment and the asset includes a rookie asset in the stream computing environment. The present invention may include identifying a set of computing resource profile data for a set of hosts in the distributed computing environment. The present invention may include determining, by comparing the set of host computing resource requirement data for the asset and the set of computing resource profile data for the set of hosts, an asset placement arrangement. The present invention may include establishing, based on the asset placement arrangement, the asset in the distributed computing environment.
Partial Perceptual Image Hashing for Invoice Deconstruction
A system and method for deconstructing a document is described herein, where the method is an improvement over existing document deconstruction techniques. These improvements increase speed and accuracy by rapidly identifying the vendor in an invoice by splitting the invoice into three regions and performing a perceptual image hashing on each section. Then a hamming distance is used to compare the hash for each section with the hashes of known invoices to identify the vendor who sent the invoice.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MATCHING ELECTRONIC ACTIVITIES DIRECTLY TO RECORD OBJECTS OF SYSTEMS OF RECORD WITH NODE PROFILES
The system described herein can automatically match, link, or otherwise associate electronic activities with one or more record objects. For an electronic activity that is eligible or qualifies to be matched with one or more record objects, the system can identify one or more set of rules or rule sets. Using the rule sets, the system can identify candidate record objects. The system can then rank the identified candidate record objects to select one or more record objects with which to associate the electronic activity. The system can then store an association between the electronic activity and the selected one or more record objects.
OFFLINE CHARGING OF COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
The disclosed embodiments include a method for offline charging performed by an anchoring node of a telecommunications network. The anchoring node can send a request to an online charging system (OCS), where the request is for online metering of a call by a subscriber of the telecommunications network. The anchoring node may obtain an indication of an exception to the online metering of the call. In response, the anchoring node can perform a default call handling (DCH) procedure to allow the call on the telecommunications network despite an inability to perform the online metering. The anchoring node also generates a modified charging detail record (CDR) that includes an indication of the exception. The anchoring node can then send a message, which includes at least an indication of the modified CDR, to enable a mediation server to perform offline charging for the call.
Method for monitoring and controlling session traffic usage, server and storage medium
A method for monitoring and controlling session traffic usage, includes: receiving traffic usage increment information of a first session and a second session reported by a first PCF and a second PCF; accumulating a total traffic usage of the first session and the second session according to the received traffic usage increment information; determining whether a current total traffic usage reaches a threshold value of a total issued traffic usage; and sending the total traffic usage information of the first session and the second session to the first PCF and the second PCF in response to that the current total traffic usage reaches the threshold value of the total issued traffic usage, and in response to that the current total traffic usage does not reach the threshold value of the total issued traffic usage, repeating above steps.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MAINTAINING AN ELECTRONIC ACTIVITY DERIVED MEMBER NODE NETWORK
The present disclosure relates to maintaining an electronic activity derived member node network. Exemplary implementations may: generate a plurality of node profiles; generate a node graph generated from the plurality of node profiles; identify a second electronic activity identifying a pair of electronic accounts; identify using the node graph, a pair of participant node profiles corresponding to the pair of electronic accounts identified by the second electronic activity; identify, using the node graph, an edge between a pair of nodes corresponding to the pair of participant node profiles; determine a relevancy score for the second electronic activity corresponding to the pair of the participant node profiles based on context of the second electronic activity; and update the node graph by modifying the connection corresponding to the edge between the pair of participant node profiles based on the relevancy score determined for the second electronic activity.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RESTRICTING ELECTRONIC ACTIVITIES FROM BEING LINKED WITH RECORD OBJECTS
The present disclosure relates to restricting electronic activities from being linked with record objects. According to at least one aspect of the disclosure, a method can include accessing, by one or more processors, a plurality of electronic activities, accessing a plurality of record objects of one or more systems of record, identifying an electronic activity of the plurality of electronic activities to match to one or more record objects, determining a data source provider associated with providing access to the electronic activity, and identifying a system of record corresponding to the determined data source provider. The system of record can include a plurality of candidate record objects to which to match the electronic activity. The method can include restricting the electronic activity from being linked with the at least one record object.
NETWORK-CHARGING COMMUNICATION-FAILURE HANDLING
A telecommunication system can include a network flow controller (e.g., SMF) and a network-charging node (e.g., CHF). The flow controller can generate a first charging-event record associated with a network session. The flow controller can detect an outage at least partly by determining that no network-charging node is available to receive the first charging-event record and, in response, mark the first charging-event record to provide a first marked charging-event record. The flow controller can store the first marked charging-event record in a buffer. After the marking, the flow controller can determine that a network-charging node is available to receive the first marked charging-event record, and, in response, send the first marked charging-event record to the network-charging node. The network-charging node can determine a charging-data record indicating occurrence of an event during the outage.
Multiple usage rates
An example communications system for providing communication services between communications devices may employ multiple usage rates for metered communication services. A method for adjusting usage amounts to account for multiple usage rates may include determining a usage adjustment factor for a communications event; determining a metered usage amount for the communications event; and determining an adjusted usage amount based on the usage adjustment factor and the metered usage amount for the communications amount. Thus, a billing system in the communications system may determine an invoice amount based on the adjusted usage amount and a predetermined bill rate.
SYSTEM FOR MANAGING MOBILE STATION INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIBER DIRECTORY NUMBER STORAGE
Systems, methods, and apparatuses may include a Billing System (BS) node, Charging System (CS) node, and a mediation node for managing Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Numbers (MSISDN)s for a telecommunication network. The system may make an MSISDN available for reassignment immediately or shortly after (e.g., seconds, minutes, days, or weeks after) receiving a cancelation request associated with the MSISDN. For instance, upon receiving the cancelation request, the system may store a line identifier with an association to the MSISDN and/or an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) in a line identifier database, and the system may delete the MSISDN/IMSI from a user account database. The system may receive a Telephone Account Procedure (TAP) Call Detail Record (CDR) associated with the MSISDN/IMSI after receiving the cancelation request. Accordingly, the system may use the line identifier stored in the line identifier database to generate a billing report corresponding to the TAP CDR.
