Here, each beacon corresponds to a backhaul and includes an endpoint performance data structure. A set of endpoint performance data structures may be extracted from the plurality of host beacons. The set of endpoint performance data structures may be sorted based on a set of fields of members of the set of endpoint performance data structures. Entrance to a backhaul for a host corresponding to an endpoint performance data structure at an end of the sorted set of endpoint performance data structures may be negotiated.

The disclosure relates to a network resources brokering system, comprising: a communication network with at least one enforcement function for preferential treatment and charging; and a brokering entity, configured to receive requests from a plurality of network entities for providing preferential treatment during usage of chargeable resources within a predefined charging period, each request comprising an electronic bid value competing with other network entities for preferential treatment during the usage of chargeable resources in the charging period, wherein the brokering entity is configured to rank each network entity from the plurality of network entities into one of a multiplicity of success classes based upon their electronic bid values offered and to interwork with the at least one enforcement function for preferential treatment and charging.

A Core Service Platform (CSP) system is integrated with an operator network and IT system to provide services to subscribers and operators. Based on information collected from the operator network and IT system, the CSP system delivers alerts to a subscriber's device and provides offers to resolve the condition causing the alerts. The CSP system provides customized contextual offers to the subscriber's device based on contextual assessments of a subscriber's current context, such as time in contract, loyalty status, data and voice usage, value of customer, time, location and purchase history. An authentication component can authenticate a subscription of a multi-mode device across different network architectures. The provisioning system processes and deploys the components to one or more network devices via an instruction set such that all such components are active for the service plan but the prioritization determines which component is activated when multiple component filters match a network traffic event.
