Mobile electronic communications using internet protocol
A database stores unique associations between account identifiers and mobile-network telephone numbers assigned by a mobile network to mobile communications devices. The account identifiers are also associated with voice-over-IP (VoIP) telephone numbers. Voice calls between the mobile communications devices are made as voice-over-IP (VoIP) calls using respective VoIP telephone numbers. Tracking of the VoIP calls is performed through the mobile network using respective mobile-network telephone numbers, so that a prepaid balance can be enforced.
Update And Procurement Of Telecom Lines Using Automated Reconciliation Of Device Information
A system and method of performing automated reconciliation of devices and features in telecom expense management systems prior to running programs to optimize expense relative to usage or procuring new lines. The reconciliation accessing and carrier systems and devices and using enterprise configurable rules and live data from end point management systems. The system ensures accurate and up to date data is available for processing by downstream robotic process automation systems that perform the procurement/modification of plans and devices.
PAIR-THE-PLAN SYSTEM FOR DEVICES AND METHOD OF USE
A computer-implemented method and system are disclosed for connecting a device to subscriptions and cellular billing plans. The method includes enrolling a second device enabled for connectivity to cellular or other wireless service in a cellular subscription and associated billing plan associated with a first device, wherein the enrollment includes providing an identifier for the second device to a cellular service provider associated with the first device by a second user, and allowing a second user to use capabilities of the second device as governed by the cellular subscription and an associated billing plan associated with the first device; while the second device is also configured to allow a first user to use capabilities of the second device as governed by the cellular subscription and an associated billing plan of the first user's choice.
Systems and methods for detecting network outages
A method for cellular network outage detection including monitoring error rates associated with a network node of a cellular network for a first predetermined time period. The method includes determining a first baseline error rate for the network node based on the plurality of first error rates for the first predetermined time period, and determining a first threshold error rate for the network node based on the first baseline error rate for the network node. The method includes monitoring a plurality of second error rates associated with the network node for a time period subsequent the first predetermined time period, and detecting an excessive error rate of the plurality of second error rates associated with the network node, where the excessive error rate exceeding the first threshold error rate. The method includes, in response to detecting the excessive error rate, automatically executing a predetermined override rule.
Systems and methods of determining node metrics for assigning node profiles to categories based on field-value pairs and electronic activities
The present disclosure relates to a method for determining node metrics based on node field-value pairs and electronic activities. The method includes identifying a first node profile. The method includes identifying a plurality of electronic activities associated with the first node profile. The method includes identifying a first group of node profiles of a first category with a predetermined event. The method includes selecting a second group of node profiles. The method includes parsing the plurality of electronic activities to identify creation timestamps and participant characteristics of the electronic activities. The method includes generating an input array based on the timestamps and the participant characteristics. The method includes generating, for each of the second group of node profiles, a respective array. The method includes determining a probability score indicating a likelihood that the node profile belongs to the first category.
Identifying and resolving telecommunication network problems using network experience score
The disclosed system identifies and resolves telecommunication network problems and/or problems with devices utilizing the network. The system segments the user devices into groups having similar characteristics, by grouping together devices more likely to leave the network, and devices less likely to leave the network. Each group of devices has a trained machine learning model, to predict the NEX score for each device. The system focuses on devices with a low NEX score. The system determines whether the problem is with the network and/or the problem is with the device. The system gathers information from network monitoring software and determine which tower caused, for example, the call to drop. The system determines technological capability of the device from the device TAC number. The system suggests solutions to the network problems by suggesting adding a sector, tuning an antenna, etc., or if the device has problems, adjusting phone settings.

Capillary device charging
The present application describes a user equipment including a processor and a memory, where the memory stores computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the user equipment to perform a set of instructions. The instructions include transmitting, to a network, a message requesting to modify or establish flow that is not to be charged to the user equipment. The instructions also include receiving, from the network, an indication based on the message request. The instructions further include determining, based on the indication, whether to make the flow being associated with the message.
System and methods for real-time delivery of specialized telecommunications services
A system, method and computer readable storage medium are disclosed to provide dynamic network resource management in a telecommunications network where at least a portion of the network resources are located at an edge of the telecommunications network. The capacity available, the aggregate demand of resources at a given time, and the cost of the network resource demanded as well as each customers upper price limit may be considered and adjusted in real-time by different network resource allocation models.
Systems and methods for providing telecommunication service
System and methods are disclosed that improve the speed, efficiency and usefulness of providing telecommunication service by computerized telecommunication service. In some embodiments, systems and methods described herein enable a user to receive the telecommunication service to a mobile device of the user, such as by adding data service, minutes and/or text messages to the prepaid plan, in response to having an advertisement played on or otherwise delivered via the mobile device. An ad may be displayed or otherwise played on the mobile device or inserted into messages sent by the user via the mobile device for the user to received minutes, data or texts added to their prepaid plan. The service carrier may split compensation received from an advertiser for playing an ad on a customer's device between the service carrier and the customer.
