Drug for preventing, treating or preventing metastasis of giant cell tumor that occurs in bone or soft parts, chondrosarcoma, or osteosarcoma, local injection for arterial embolization, and artificial bone

The present invention provides an agent for prophylactic treatment, therapeutic treatment, or prevention of metastasis of giant cell tumor occurring in a bone and soft tissue, chondrosarcoma, or bone sarcoma, a local infusion for artery embolization, and an artificial bone, which comprises a substance having a PPAR-agonistic activity and/or a PPAR expression-inducing activity as an active ingredient. The agent for prophylactic treatment, therapeutic treatment, or prevention of metastasis, the local infusion for artery embolization, and the artificial bone of the present invention are a radical therapeutic agent or radical therapeutic material that can cause apoptosis in giant cell tumor occurring in a bone and soft tissue, chondrosarcoma, or bone sarcoma to make the tumor disappear, and can induce differentiation of the tumor into fat cells to make the tumor disappear.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ADHESION-PREVENTING FILM

Disclosed is a method for producing an anti-adhesion film. The method for producing an anti-adhesion film may include: a discharge step of separately electrospinning a biodegradable polymer solution filled in a first syringe and a crosslinking agent solution filled in a second syringe; and a film forming step of forming an anti-adhesion film by crosslinking of the biodegradable polymer by contact between the biodegradable polymer solution discharged in the form of fibers in the discharge step and the crosslinking agent solution discharged in the form of droplets in the discharge step.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS OF POSITIONING AN IMPLANT

The present disclosure provides a method of positioning an implant in a patient. The method includes inserting a deflated biodegradable balloon into a joint of the patient, wherein the biodegradable balloon is wedged between at least one of bone and soft tissue in the joint of the patient. The biodegradable balloon is inflated by injecting a warmed sterile liquid from a syringe through an inlet valve and the inflated biodegradable balloon is at least one of sized and shaped to fit within the surgical field. The expanded biodegradable balloon is a joint spacer, changing the spatial relationship between the bones and soft tissue in the joint of the patient.

TWO-FIELD COUPLING CROSSLINKED, INJECTABLE, MOLDABLE AND PRINTABLE GRANULAR HYDROGEL MATERIAL, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND APPLICATION THEREOF
20240100224 · 2024-03-28 ·

An injectable, moldable and printable gramular hydrogel material crosslinked by non-covalent and covalent bonds, a preparation method therefor, and applications thereof are provided. The material uses gelatin particles or particles that have core-shell structures as basic structural units, and forms a continuous and porous particle network by means of the reversible non-covalent crosslinking and covalent bond crosslinking of the particles. The gelatin particles or the particles that have core-shell structures form a continuous porous particle network by means of reversible self-assembly under the effect of the non-covalent bonds, thus achieving injectable, printable, moldable and self-healing properties. Furthermore, high strength granular hydrogels are formed by means of initiating covalent crosslinking. The material can be used as a drug-sustained release carrier, a tissue engineering scaffold and a tissue adhesive hemostatic material in the field of biomedicine.
