RINGLESS VOICEMAIL ATTEMPT DETECTION

One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for ringless voicemail detection are provided. In an example, a first call attempt to a phone number may be detected. In response to detecting a second call attempt to the phone number occurring within a first threshold timespan of the first call attempt being detected, first processing of the second call attempt is withheld. In response to the first call attempt being cancelled within a second threshold timespan of the first call attempt being detected, second processing of the second call attempt is performed based upon a policy.

Flexible routing of outbound contact requests

Systems, methods, and computer media for routing outbound contact requests are provided herein. The described examples allow routing and execution of outbound contact requests of different types, such as voice call, voice message, text message, chat, and email. Routing rules govern the routing of scheduled, automatic, and push-delayed outbound contact requests based on the type of outbound contact request and parameters associated with the request. Routing can include, for example, queuing a request for an agent, scheduling a request for release at a specified time, reserving a request for delayed push, or automatically executing an outbound contact event corresponding to the request.

Inbound and outbound communication session and call control

Computer program products, methods, systems, apparatus, and computing entities are provided for establishing supplemental communication sessions between a caller and callee of a voice-based telephone call. The supplemental communication sessions may occur via a unique URL generated for a call and provided to a mobile device participating in the telephone call. By accessing the URL, the mobile device user has access to content tailored specifically to the telephone call, such as a dynamically updated indication of a callback time estimate if the mobile device user requested a callback when a representative of a third party is available to participate in a callback.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENHANCED CALL PROGRESS ANALYSIS UTILIZING DUAL-PRONG ANALYSIS

A system and method for enhanced call progress assessment (CPA) utilizing dual-prong analysis, comprising a campaign management console, a data services engine, a traffic shaper, an agent desktop, an optimized CPA service, an auto-dialer with built-in CPA capabilities, and a simple dialer which allows enterprises to process outbound calls in parallel in order to quickly and accurately determine outbound call outcome, a live person or an answering machine or service, which can be used to route outbound calls in an appropriate manner. The system and method utilize a plurality of specialized CPA methods running in parallel to a built-in CPA system to analyze audio stream data associated with an outbound call and uses various entity-specific threshold parameters to determine a call outcome based on the results of the plurality of CPA methods. Such a system and method can provide faster and more accurate CPA using a dual prong approach.

Method and system for providing access to a node of a shared resource

A computer server system comprises a communications module; a processor coupled with the communications module; and a memory coupled to the processor and storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, configure the processor to receive, via the communications module and from a first device, a signal including a request to schedule access to a shared resource within a time window; identify, based on a load projection for the shared resource, at least one time period within the time window for the access to the shared resource; send, via the communications module and to the first device, a signal including the at least one time period and requesting confirmation that a particular one of the at least one time period is acceptable; receive, via the communications module and from the first device, a signal including confirmation that the particular one of the at least one time period is acceptable; determine that a current time has reached the particular one of the at least one time period; and responsive to determining that the current time has reached the particular one of the at least one time period, provide access to a node of the shared resource, the node having available bandwidth.

UPFRONT CUSTOMER TIME CONSIDERATION ALONG WITH OPTIMIZED AGENT DESKTOP IN A CONTACT CENTER
20220191327 · 2022-06-16 ·

A computerized-method using a cloud-based computing environment for improving client service, in a contact center is provided herein. The computerized-method includes retrieving a context of a query and a time-limit from a CTI event and attempting to retrieve data to evaluate average resolution time for the received context. When the data is found, comparing the evaluated average resolution time with the received time-limit and when the received time-limit is below the evaluated average resolution time, sending a delay notice and providing the client a menu of options for querying through other channels. When the data is not found, or when the received time-limit is above the evaluated average resolution time, presenting on an agent dashboard, the time-limit of the client and accordingly updating parameters in the agent dashboard dining the inbound call, thus, improving client service, by considering the time-limit of the client before the agent addresses a query.
