Mobile terminal for displaying a preview image to be captured by a camera and control method therefor
Disclosed are a mobile terminal and a control method therefor. The mobile terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a camera provided to a main body; a display unit for displaying a preview image for the photographing of the camera; and a control unit for detecting the entering into of a subject recognition mode while the preview image is being displayed, and in the subject recognition mode, analyzing objects included in the preview image so as to recognize a subject to be photographed, and applying, to the preview image, a camera effect matched with the recognized subject. In addition, while the matched camera effect is being applied to the preview image, the control unit may further provide, on the display unit, on the basis of a touch input applied to the preview image, a list of camera effects additionally applicable to the recognized subject.
Independent notification system for authentication
When a customer service representative (CSR) calls a customer, the customer may be able to authenticate himself or herself by providing the CSR with personal identifying information. However, the CSR may be unable to provide information to authenticate himself or herself to the customer. Thus, this patent document describes authentication techniques that can allow the CSR to authenticate himself or herself to the customer. For example, before or during a call that the second person (e.g., CSR) initiates to call a first person (e.g., customer), a notification message may be sent to the first person's user device. The content of notification message displayed on the user device may provide information to the first person which can allow the first person to determine whether the second person is trustworthy.
Contact center customization in data communications systems
Certain aspects of the disclosure are directed to customization of a contact center, using a data communications server. According to a specific example, the data communications server includes circuitry configured and arranged to provide data communications services to a plurality of remotely-situated client entities. The data communications server further provides a graphical user interface (GUI) for each respective remotely-situated client entity, the GUI including a display of communications-based campaigns, interactive voice response (IVR) tools, and data analytics. Moreover, the data communications server provides a display on the GUI including selectable components to create for the associated remotely-situated client entity, a customization for handling incoming data communications by the data communications server. Accordingly, the data communications server may handle communications for the associated remotely-situated client entity according to the provided customization.
CALL CONNECTION METHOD, STORAGE MEDIUM, AND TERMINAL
A call connection method, a storage medium and a terminal are provided. The method includes: receiving a call request input by a customer service connection access displayed on an order detail interface, and acquiring order information of the order detail interface; and connecting to a customer service device corresponding to the customer service connection access based on the call request, and displaying the order information on a call conversation interface. If a customer service agent is required to provide help, a user can have a conversation with the customer service agent by inputting the call request, for a customer service call made on the order detail interface, related order information can be synchronously displayed on a call conversation interface, thereby to facilitate the user in quickly reading the order information and providing same for the customer service agent, and reducing the operation process of switching back and forth between interfaces.
MOBILE TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME
Disclosed is a mobile terminal and method for controlling the same. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a mobile terminal includes a display; a sensing unit; and a controller, wherein the display is configured to display a virtual keyboard and display a content entered by a user using the virtual keyboard on a content input window, wherein the virtual keyboard includes an undo key for canceling a task performed in the content input window and a redo key for restoring a canceled task, and wherein when the sensing unit detects a first drag past a first border line designated on a side of the undo key after a touch on the undo key, the controller is configured to display a first expected change of content expected to be changed and displayed in the content input window to be identified when one of tasks performed in the content input window is to be canceled in a designated unit.
Telecommunication call management and monitoring system with voiceprint verification
Disclosed is a secure telephone call management system for authenticating users of a telephone system in an institutional facility. Authentication of the users is accomplished by using a personal identification number, preferably in conjunction with speaker independent voice recognition and speaker dependent voice identification. When a user first enters the system, the user speaks his or her name which is used as a sample voice print. During each subsequent use of the system, the user is required to speak his or her name. Voice identification software is used to verify that the provided speech matches the sample voice print. The secure system includes accounting software to limit access based on funds in a user's account or other related limitations. Management software implements widespread or local changes to the system and can modify or set any number of user account parameters.
MODULAR EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION FLOW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Disclosed are systems, methods, and media capable of generating and implementing emergency flows. The emergency flow is highly customizable and can connect with various stakeholders (user, emergency contacts, corporate representatives, emergency service provider personnel, etc.). The systems, methods, and media can be triggered in various ways including user input (e.g. voice command) or by sensors (e.g. by using sound detection capabilities).
Information Content Viewing Method and Terminal
An information content viewing method includes displaying, by a terminal, a first lock screen or keeps in a screen-off state, and displaying, by the terminal, a second lock screen after receiving first information, where the second lock screen displays a first control, and the first control prompts that content of the first information is hidden, receiving, by the terminal, a first operation of a user on a touchscreen, and collecting and verifying, by the terminal, fingerprint information of the user based on the first operation and displaying, by the terminal, a third lock screen after the verification on the fingerprint information succeeds, where the third lock screen displays the first control, and the first control displays the content of the first information.
