An improved handheld electronic device and an associated method provide an improved call log that presents information relating to logged phone calls in a collapsed manner, meaning that for each phone number having a call stored in the memory of the device, only the most recent in time call is listed on the call log. An improved handheld electronic device and an associated method also provide a call history for any phone call from the improved call log that is selected by the user. The call history includes a listing of all of the calls stored by the device that are associated with the selected call log call.

The embodiments herein relate to a method performed by a Control Plane (CP) function (401) for handling a credit pool comprising granted service units to be used by multiple services. The multiple services are grouped in at least one first Rating Group (RG). The CP function (401) creates an individual Usage Reporting Rule (URR) for each of the at least one first RG. Each individual URR comprises a first credit pool threshold. The CP function provides the individual URRs to a User Plane (UP) function (405). The CP function (401) creates a Usage Reporting Rule for the Credit Pool (URR CRPL). The URR CRPL comprises instructions to the UP function (405) to aggregate service unit usage for all individual URRs for all first RGs. The URR CRPL further comprises the first credit pool threshold. The CP function (401) provides the URR CRPL to the UP function (405).

This patent application provides a multi-connectivity data reporting method, including: obtaining, by a first network device, a first data volume report, where the first data volume report is used to indicate a volume of data that are of a terminal device and that pass through a second network device; and sending, by the first network device, the first data volume report to a third network device. This application discloses a rule management method and a device. The first network device receives first indication information. The first indication information indicates that a terminal is in a suspended state. The first network device sends indication information to a second network device, where the indication information indicates that the terminal is in a suspended state. The second network device determines, based on the indication information, to forgo sending a request for updating a policy and charging control rule and/or a quality of service rule related to the terminal.

Methods and apparatus for gathering data for media usage reports for a processing device is disclosed. An example apparatus includes means for gathering first usage data representative of usage of first media on a processing device, the first media being received from an external network source, the first usage data corresponding to at least one of (i) a first media type or (ii) a first user agent associated with the media; means for gathering second usage data representative of usage of second media on the processing device, the second media being received from a source that is local to the processing device, the second usage data corresponding to at least one of (i) a second media type or (ii) a second user agent associated with the media; and means for merging the first usage data and the second usage data into a respective user session to generate session data.
