A baseball cap and method of assembling thereof is provided. The cap includes a single-panel crown that is formed from a single sheet or single piece of stretchable fabric, such as using heat pressing techniques. The single-panel crown has a hemispherical shape. The cap further includes a support layer, such as made from buckram, which is attached to an interior, front portion of the single-panel crown, and a visor and an elastic band which are attached to the single-panel crown.

The present invention relates generally to a cap with an exchangeable visor, and more specifically to a cap with an exchangeable visor, the cap having a cap body configured to surround the head of a person and a cap visor configured to be selectively coupled to and separated from one side of the cap body, the cap including: a rail part configured to be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the bottom of the cap body; a coupling part configured to be coupled to the visor to surround one side of the visor; and a fastening groove part configured to be coupled to one side of the coupling part, and to be engaged with the rail part in a sliding manner.

Embodiments are disclosed for a clasp configured to accommodate a strap of a piece of headwear, including a top loop having a catch end at a first side of the clasp, the top loop including a top portion that extends from a second side of the clasp to the first side along a horizontal axis of the clasp, the catch end extending from the top portion along an s-shaped curve to form a tip of the catch end; a bottom loop coupled to the top loop via a common middle portion, a top surface of the common middle portion having a lip; and a depression at the top loop on the second side, a thinnest part of the top loop at the second side of the clasp being formed by the depression.

A plate for an article of footwear includes a substrate, a first strand portion attached to the substrate via first stitching, and a second strand portion disposed on the first layer. The first strand portion includes first segments that each extend between two different locations along the substrate to form a first layer on the substrate. A method for forming a plate includes attaching a first strand portion to a flexible substrate to form a first layer on the substrate and positioning a second strand portion on the first layer to form a second layer on the first layer in a plurality of discrete regions on the substrate. The method also includes positioning a plurality of traction elements into corresponding cavities formed into a first mold surface and positioning the substrate on the first mold surface to change a shape of the substrate. At least one of heat and pressure is applied to the first strand portion, the second strand portion, the substrate, and the traction elements to conform the substrate to the shape of the first mold surface and form the traction elements into the substrate at each of the discrete regions. The method also includes incorporating the substrate into an article of footwear.
