Collapsible modular hat
A collapsible modular hat comprises a base having a base connector, a top having a top connector, and a side panel having an upper connector and a lower connector. The base connector of the base is releasably fastened to the lower connector on the side panel, and the top connector of the top is releasably fastened to the upper connector of the side panel.
FOOTWEAR PLATE
A method of forming a plate for an article of footwear is disclosed. The method includes applying a first strand portion to a base layer including positioning adjacent segments of the first strand portion to form a first layer on the base layer. The adjacent segments of the first strand portion having a greater density across a width of the plate between a medial side and a lateral side at a midfoot region of the plate than at a forefoot region of the plate and at a heel region of the plate. The method also includes applying at least one of heat and pressure to the first strand portion and to the base layer to conform the first strand portion and the base layer to a predetermined shape.
PORTABLE SHADE ARTICLE CONFIGURED TO FIT OVER THE HEAD, OR HEAD AND HAT, OF A USER
An article configured to fit over a wearer's head, or head and hat, in a manner to create shade for at least the wearer's ears and neck. The article includes a first circular member defining a first central opening and second circular member defining a second central opening. The first circular member includes a series of cuts about an inner edge proximate to the first central opening with the second circular member joined to the first circular member proximate to the series of cuts. One or more size adjustment fasteners may be employed to accommodate different head sizes.
Headwear with neck cover and face cover
A hat, such as a cap or a visor, has a typical neck cover and an onboard face cover that at least partially covers a user's face. The face cover is positionable between a deployed position wherein the face cover covers the user's face and the neck cover covers the user's neck area and a stowed position wherein the inner surface of the face cover is positioned against the inner surface of the neck cover. The face cover is held in the stowed position by either cooperating snaps or sections of hook and loop material located on the inner surface of each component with the respective units matingly engaged with one another.

SMART HAT DEVICE FOR INTERACTING WITH REMOTE DEVICES AND DISPLAYS
In example implementations described herein, there is a smart hat that is configured to receive gesture inputs through an accelerometer or through touch events on the hat, with light emitting diodes providing feedback to the wearer. The smart hat can be configured to be connected wirelessly to an external apparatus to control the apparatus by transmitting and receiving messages (e.g., commands) between the hat and the apparatus wirelessly. Further, a network of smart hats may be managed by an external device depending on the desired implementation.

SECURABLE HAT
The present invention provides hats with attachment assemblies allowing them to be detachably secured in an exterior-side out configuration to a belt of medium width worn around the wearer's waist, without requiring the hats to be inverted, reversed, or folded in a complex fashion, and without any need for pockets, linings, zippers or the like. The hats may also be provided with retention members for holding the hats in a simple folded configuration when carried on a belt.
