HEADWEAR FOR SECURING ARTICLES
A headwear device for securing articles includes a crown; a plurality of panels coupled together adjacently thereby to collectively form the crown; a visor attached to the crown; at least one two-ply panel disposed within the crown portion of the headwear device as a portion of the plurality of panels coupled together adjacently; and at least one aperture defined within the at least one two-ply panel thereby to form an entry point to an interior portion of the at least one two-ply panel.
Self-Sizing Cap
A self-sizing baseball cap has a visor, a crown, and a hem around the bottom edge of the crown. Within the hem is an elastic band stitched in place, while a slidable woven band is separately stitched to the elastic band. The elastic bands are anchored within the hem that are then stitched to the woven band in order to secure the woven band to the baseball cap. The woven band extends outside the hem across the bottom of a semicircular opening on the back of the crown. The woven band's ability to slide allows the opening to deform in order to allow the cap to accommodate the shape and size of the wearer's head. The elastic bands hold the cap snugly against the wearer's head when in place. Thus, the cap automatically resizes to fit the wearer's head.

Composite plate for an article of footwear or equipment
A method for forming a plate includes attaching a first strand portion to a flexible substrate to form a first layer on the substrate and positioning a second strand portion on the first layer to form a second layer on the first layer in a plurality of discrete regions on the substrate. The method also includes positioning a plurality of traction elements into corresponding cavities formed into a first mold surface and positioning the substrate on the first mold surface to change a shape of the substrate. At least one of heat and pressure is applied to the first strand portion, the second strand portion, the substrate, and the traction elements to conform the substrate to the shape of the first mold surface and form the traction elements into the substrate at each of the discrete regions. The method also includes incorporating the substrate into an article of footwear.
