The hat also includes a brim coupled to the head portion and a stowage compartment formed atop the head portion. A battery pack is stowed in the stowage compartment and has an output port. At least two electrical fans are coupled to the brim of the hat. A power wire is coupled to the battery pack by an electrical connector, the power wire has a parallel circuit junction forming two output wires each of the two wires having an electrical connector that is coupled to one of the two fans.
