Method and apparatus of processing caller responses
A method, apparatus, system, and non-transitory computer program product configured to process user call responses and assign caller specific preferences to the user based on the caller's feedback. One example being a method of processing spoken words from a user of a calling platform. This may include operations such as calling a user via a call processing device and/or sending a call prompt message to the user after the user has answered the call, wherein the call prompt message solicits a user response. Other operations may include recording the spoken call greeting and determining whether the spoken call greeting is indicative of a language preference. The system may process the user's word(s) or utterances and assign language preferences to the user based on the user provided information.
Organizing, synchronizing, and sharing cumulative contact information
A system and a method for organizing, synchronizing, and sharing cumulative contact information are disclosed, along with a method for combining and updating contact profiles by linking personal and corporate or group IDs. The system and the method revolutionize and simplify the way people share and update contact information because each user updates only the contact information of the user himself or herself. Then the information is automatically synced and updated with other users (with whom the contact information was initially set to be shared).
Transferring information from a sender to a recipient during a telephone call under noisy environment
A method for transferring information from a sender to a recipient during a telephone call between a sender communication apparatus and a recipient communication apparatus is provided. The method comprises detecting, by the recipient communication apparatus, that the recipient is subjected to a noisy environment; converting a voice message, originating from the senders voice and recorded by the sender communication apparatus, into a text message; and displaying, at a display of the recipient communication apparatus, the text message to the recipient.
SIGNAL PROCESSING TERMINAL AND METHOD
A signal processing terminal is provided that includes a signal transmission circuit and a processor. The signal transmission circuit is configured to receive a first electrical signal and a second electrical signal respectively from a first communication terminal and a second communication terminal, and to attach a first user identification header to the first electrical signal and attach a second user identification header to the second electrical signal. The processor is electrically coupled to the signal transmission circuit, and configured to process the first and second electrical signals according to the first and second user identification headers in sequence within a bus, and to generate and transmit a first and a second processed results back to the signal transmission circuit.
MULTI-CONNECTION DEVICE AND MULTI-CONNECTION METHOD
The multi-connection method includes following steps: simultaneously establishing a first connection with a right channel unit of a headphone and a second connection with a left channel unit of the headphone during a connection time by a Bluetooth module; processing a first electrical signal transmitted via the first connection or a second electrical signal transmitted via the second connection by a processor; wherein the processor is coupled to the Bluetooth module; wherein the processor adjusts the first electrical signal to generate the second electrical signal.
Travel real-time voice translation microphone for mobile phone
The embodiments of the invention disclosed are configured with a voice translation software, and can be readily used after switching off the microphone of the mobile phone and inserted into the charging port of the mobile phone. In some embodiments, the invention comprises two microphones; when the mobile phone is directed at a speaker, the audio pickup is performed by using a hypercardioid noise-filtering microphone, and when the mobile phone is directed at oneself, the audio pickup is performed by using a cardioid noise-filtering microphone, such that the surrounding noises can be prevented from being picked up in order to achieve an accurate and fluent voice translation. In other embodiments, when the microphone is used to ask for directions or in communication while travelling abroad in particular, this use enables the user to keep an adequate distance from the opposite party in keeping with the international social etiquette.
VOICE-CONTROLLED AUDIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
Systems and methods for providing an audio communication system include receiving from a first user, by a microphone of a first voice-controlled device of a plurality of voice-controlled devices in an audio communication system, a first audio message and an audio command to provide the audio message to a second user. An identity of the second user associated with a user profile based on the audio command is determined. The first audio message is provided to a second voice-controlled device of the plurality of voice-controlled devices to output the audio message at a speaker of the voice-controlled device to the second user that is proximity to the second voice-controlled device.

Applying user preferences, behavioral patterns and/or environmental factors to an automated customer support application
A method and apparatus of applying user profile information to a customized application are disclosed. One example method of operation may include receiving an inquiry message or call from a user device, identifying and authorizing the user from inquiry message information received from the inquiry message, retrieving a user profile comprising at least one user preference, applying the at least one user preference to a user call processing application, and transmitting menu options to the user device based on the applied at least user preference.
System and Method for Controlling Client Electronic Devices in Wireless Local Ad Hoc Network
Various aspects of a system and method for controlling client electronic devices in a wireless local ad hoc network are disclosed. The system includes one or more circuits in a server configured to receive a plurality of speaking-slot requests from a plurality of client electronic devices for a presented content. A client electronic device is selected based on an acceptance of a corresponding speaking-slot request. The acceptance of the corresponding speaking-slot request is based on at least an analysis of the one or more image frames of a user associated with the client electronic device and a context of the presented content. At least an audio stream provided by the user is received from the selected client electronic device. The selected client electronic device is controlled based on one or more parameters associated with at least the selected client electronic device.
