Method, System, Electronic Device, Communication Server and Apparatus for Alerting a Called Party to an Urgent Call
A method, system, electronic device, communication server and apparatus are provided for alerting a called party that the caller of an incoming call has urgent need to talk, to reach someone or in general to communicate. The alert is sent through the user-user information field of a call setup message, and it may override the audio and video settings of the called party apparatus and overcome the current outputs of audio and video signals, so that it can be seen by the called person before it answer the call. The alert may be accompanied by personal information of the caller, in order that the recipient can ascertain the caller identity.
Contextual information
Methods, systems, and products provide contextual information for communications. A call, for example, is processed from an origination address to a destination address. A query is made for a brand of device associated with the origination address making the call. The brand of device is announced during the call.
Proximity-based communication
Approaches presented herein enable determining whether to allow a communication to a recipient using a communication device based on one or more classifications of nearby individuals. Specifically, location awareness technology is leveraged to identify individuals near an intended recipient of a communication. Through review and analysis of information related to the individuals gathered from social networking outlets (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and/or gathered from the recipient's communication device, a classification is assigned to each individual. Based on the classifications, a determination is made as to whether the intended communication mode is to be allowed.
Location-based security rules
Location based security rules are provided for preventing unauthorized access to a device, application, system, content, and/or network, etc. The location-based security rules enable a user, computing device, system, etc. to access the requested item or information when the user provides proper identification information. The proper identification information is based in part on the location of the user and/or the user's access request.
Multiple Device and Multiple Line Connected Home and Home Monitoring
Systems, devices, and techniques for multiple device and multiple line enabled computing devices and computing appliances are described herein. A device number can be assigned to a computing device and can be unique to the computing device. A plurality of alias numbers can be provided to the computing device and enabled for use by the computing device. Alias numbers can be enabled on multiple computing appliances, such that a user can transfer voice or video calls between devices using the alias numbers. Further, monitoring components in a home environment, for example, can be associated with one or more alias number so that security alerts can be provided to the various computing devices and computing appliances associated with the alias numbers.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PREDICTIVE PERSONALIZATION AND INTELLIGENT ROUTING
Systems and methods for intelligently routing a member of an organization to a single point-of-contact within an optimized, secure network to address all the member's healthcare needs are described. The disclosed intelligent routing configurations transform and process, in real-time, vast amounts of member data to generate aggregated diagnoses and a member score specific to each member's household. The scores, among other things, are used to determine an identification of special needs and an appropriate advocate within the organization to route the member, and its account file containing real-time member and household level data.
Communications handler for screening incoming calls
Concepts and technologies for handling and screening incoming calls are provided. A processor executing instructions associated with a call handling service can detect that a call from a calling party is being routed, via a communication interface, to a called party device associated with a customer. The processor can obtain caller identification data that can specify an identity that is generated by the calling party and intended to be representative of the calling party when presented to the customer by the called party device. The processor can determine an interface identifier associated with the communication interface, and retrieve a call authentication scenario based on the interface identifier. The call authentication scenario can specify a storage location of data. The processor can obtain the data from the storage location, determine a call handling action, prepare a call handling command, and provide the call handling command to a network.

SYSTEM FOR INDICATING PRIORITY LEVELS FOR TRANSACTION AND TASK ENGAGEMENT IN A CALL CENTER
A call center system has a computerized server executing software (SW) from a machine-readable medium, a data collection function of the SW enabled for collecting data regarding incoming transactions, a data processing function coupled to the data collection engine and enabled for processing the data collected against a set of business rules, the data processing function determining a priority level for individual ones of the incoming transactions, and a distribution function enabled for distributing a priority indication determined by the data processing function to one or more presentation interfaces accessible to agents, at or near the time the associated transaction is engaged by the agent.
