An operation method of a network node for supporting network discovery and selection of a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a network discovery and selection (NDS) rule request message requesting an NDS rule from the UE, transmitting a policy request message requesting NDS rule generation support information for generating the NDS rule to at least another network node, receiving a policy response message including the NDS rule generation support information from the at least another network node, generating an NDS rule on the basis of the NDS rule request message and the policy response message, and transmitting an NDS rule response message including the generated NDS rule to the UE.

Methods, devices and systems for generating enhanced location information on or about a wireless device. A fixed wireless device (e.g., fixed infrastructure device) may be configured to determine its current location based on location information received from one or more other devices. For example, the fixed wireless device may determine its current three-dimensional location based on latitude coordinate values, longitude coordinate values, and altitude coordinate values received from a plurality of the devices that are in proximity to the fixed wireless device. The fixed wireless device may then dynamically determine whether the fixed wireless device should be included in a telecommunication resource lease based on its determined current location. The fixed wireless device may allocate its available radio frequency resources use by devices that subscribe to a different network in response to determining that it should be included in the telecommunication resource lease.

A method for remote control wherein a first mobile device is remotely controls a second mobile device connected to the first mobile device via an audio/data transmission network. The method includes receiving a request from an user of the first mobile device on the first mobile device, performing audio transmission from the first mobile device to the second mobile device, and transmitting data for a displayed screen from the first device to the second device via the data transmission network. The received data for the displayed screen is displayed on the second mobile device, operation content is received from an user operating the displayed screen on the second device, and the operation content is transmitted from the second device to the first device via the data transmission network, so that a terminal feature on the first device is operable based on the operation content received from the second device.

Provided is an electronic device including a communication unit, a motion sensor, and at least one processor. The communication unit receives information for determining that a user of the electronic device is located within a predetermined area. The at least one processor determines a movement state of the user based on an input value from the motion sensor. One embodiment of the present is a method of implementing privacy control of location information. Such a method comprises defining a geographic zone for which pseudo-location information is to be reported as the current location of the user, wherein the pseudo-location information is not the current location of the user; receiving the current location of the user; determining that the current location is in the geographic zone; and reporting the pseudo-location information as the current location of the user when the current location is determined to be in the geographic zone.
