Touch sensor system and electronic device
A touch panel system (611) includes a touch invalidating section (609) which, in a case where a specific point of the sensor panel (601) is continuously touched for a predetermined period of time, invalidates an instruction given, in accordance with the touch, to a host computer (610). Furthermore, the touch invalidating section (609) invalidates an instruction corresponding to a next touch on the point.
Secure remote data submission for IVR systems
Apparatus and methods for enhancing security of an authentication process of a caller that initiated a call in an Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) system are provided. The methods may include routing the call through the IVR system to a headset. After the routing, the methods may include retrieving data associated with the caller. In response to the retrieved data meeting one or more predetermined conditions, a graphical user interface of an agent computer paired to the headset may display a plurality of validation information for validating the caller. Selection by the agent of validation information may trigger methods for transmitting a request to the caller, via a caller mobile phone, to input the validation information selected by the agent. The methods may additionally include authenticating the caller based at least in part on the information input into the mobile phone.
MULTI-GESTURE MEDIA RECORDING SYSTEM
A computer implemented method and system for recording media data such as audio data in one or more communication modes based on gestures on a graphical user interface (GUI) of an electronic device is provided. A gesture based media recording application (GBMRA) provided on the electronic device defines multiple interface regions on the GUI. The GBMRA detects a gesture on an interface region and performs a first action associated with recording of the media data in a communication mode. The GBMRA detects another gesture on the same interface region or another interface region and performs a second action. The first action and the second action include at least one of triggering recording of the media data, switching from one communication mode to another for recording the media data, canceling recording of the media data, generating and displaying multiple options for performing an operation associated with the recorded media data, etc.
Mobile System with Wireless Earbud
The disclosure herein provides a mobile system including a mobile base station and a wireless earbud. The base station comprising a connection hole, a user input button, at least one processor, at least one memory, and circuitry. The wireless earbud is configured for plugging into the connection hole of the base station to form an integrated body with the base station. The system establishes a wireless Bluetooth pairing between a smartphone and the wireless earbud using two-way wireless communication to produce Bluetooth communication between the smartphone and the wireless earbud.
Mobile terminal and control method thereof
A mobile terminal including a terminal body having an inner surface, an outer surface and side surfaces, and configured to be opened into an open state and closed into a closed state; a touch screen having first and second regions disposed on the inner surface, a third region disposed on the outer surface, and a fourth region disposed on the side surface between the first and third regions, in the closed state; and a controller configured to display an execution screen to at least one of the first and second regions in the open state, display information related to the execution screen on at least one of the third and fourth regions, based on a closed type of the terminal body corresponding folding closed the terminal body, and execute a function related to the displayed information.
Method for Managing Application Icon, Terminal Device, and Storage Medium
In the fields of electronic technologies and terminals, a method for managing an application icon, a terminal device, and a storage medium are provided. The terminal device is a smartwatch, a mobile phone, or the like with a display screen and on which an application is installed. In a scenario of installing an application on the terminal device, whether a target closed circle exists in closed circles in a direction from inside to outside in an icon grid is determined, where the icon grid is formed by arranging all current application icons of the terminal device in a grid manner, the closed circles are rectangular circles centered on a center of the icon grid, and a free position for an application icon exists on the target closed circle. If the target closed circle exists, a target application icon is added at the free position on the target closed circle. An icon of a newly installed application is added on an existing incomplete closed circle, to ensure that the application icons remain in an aggregated and compact visual form, which is convenient for a user to memorize and look up, enhances the display effect of application icons, and improves the user experience.
MOBILE TERMINAL AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A mobile terminal includes a terminal body having a front surface, a side surface, and a rear surface, a touch screen disposed on the front surface and extending from the front surface to the side surface and the rear surface, and a controller performing controlling differently in relation to a graphic object output on a first region of the touch screen disposed on the front surface according to different types of touches applied to the graphic object.
Apparatus and method for unlocking a locking mode of portable terminal
A method of unlocking a locking mode of a portable terminal, which includes sensing a user's gesture input which is set in a locking mode of the portable terminal. The locking mode is unlocked in response to the user's gesture input, and a function mapped to the user's gesture can be executed when unlocking the locking mode. A portable terminal compares gestures among predefined sets of gesture information in order to check whether there is a gesture that coincides with the analyzed gesture.
Processing a media content based on device movement
Systems and methods are provided for displaying a first portion of a video, the first portion comprising a subset of the video that fits in a display area of a computing device. The systems and methods further detect movement of the computing device during playback of the first portion of the video, calculate a rotation of the display of the first portion of the video based on a direction of the movement, and cause the display of the first portion of the video to rotate relative to the direction of movement to display a second portion of the video, the second portion comprising a subset of the video that is associated with the direction of movement and that was at least partially not visible in the first portion of the video when displayed in the display area of the computing device.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
In an embodiments, an electronic device 1 has a panel 20 of roughly rectangular shape, a housing 10 that holds the panel 20, and a piezoelectric element 30 installed on the rear face side of the panel 20, wherein the panel 20 is bonded to the housing 10 with its edges supported on the housing 10, and it also has at least one side 21 not bonded to the housing 10 (non-bonded side). The electronic device is capable of causing an entire panel to vibrate in a stable manner.
