Systems and methods for presenting location related information after a user arrives at a place. In an aspect, when a user gazes at a display of a standby device, information presentation begins. In other aspects, when a user shakes a device or says certain words to a device, and then gazes at it, a presentation starts.

VEHICLE CAMERA PERIPHERAL

A vehicle camera peripheral. It has a frame having a surface for supporting a license plate, at least one compartment for containing a battery and a circuit board having a wireless transmitter and video transmission circuitry, the compartment provided in the frame and positioned behind the license plate supporting surface, a camera mounted to the frame and connected to the circuit board, and a mounting for connecting the frame to existing license plate fastening devices of a vehicle.

CLOUD-BASED CONTACTS MANAGEMENT

Various embodiments disclosed herein provide for a system for managing and adding contacts. A first mobile device can display an image that can be recorded by a second mobile device. Similarly, the first mobile device can record an image displayed by the second mobile device. The image data from each mobile device can be transmitted to a cloud based contact management system, which can match the images to contact information associated with each mobile device. The contact management system can then push the contact details of each mobile device to the other mobile device, and/or link social media accounts associated with each mobile device. The contact management system can also store connection records that represent an ongoing authorization to push contact information changes from each user to the other, respectively.

Display Method and Related Apparatus

An electronic device displays, on a first display of a foldable display, a user interface provided by a reading application, a user may flip over the electronic device, to trigger the electronic device to display, on a second display of the foldable display, a user interface provided by the reading application. In addition, the second display may display the user interface in a form suitable for reading by the user. The user can trigger, in an interaction manner of flipping over the electronic device, the electronic device to display, on the second display with reference to a currently running application or a current location, content that the user expects to view.

DISPLAY TERMINAL, APPLICATION CONTROL SYSTEM AND APPLICATION CONTROL METHOD

Provide is a display terminal having a small display space, in which high operability is realized while convenience is maintained. A display terminal including a photographing device comprises: an image analysis unit configured to analyze an image captured by the photographing device, use region information that is information of a region on the image which corresponds to a real object existing in the external field, and refer to an icon DB so as to specify an icon related to the real object; and an app start unit configured to obtain an application associated with the specified icon from an app DB and start the application.

HANDHELD TERMINAL

A handheld terminal with a transparent display unit is provided. The handheld terminal includes a first transparent display unit disposed on one of a front side and a back side of the handheld terminal, a second transparent display unit disposed on the other side, or a first and a second gesture detection units disposed on the two sides respectively, a drive module including a first display drive module for the first transparent display unit, and one of the following two constituent parts: a second display drive module for the second transparent display unit, or a first and a second gesture detection drive modules for the first and second gesture detection units respectively, and a processing module configured to cause an image to be displayed on the first transparent display unit.

COMMUNICATION WITH USER PRESENCE

A system and method establishes a communication connection between a first device of a first user and a second device of a second user. Request data corresponding to a request to establish a communication connection with a second user is received, and a user profile associated with the second user is determined. One or more sensors of the second device receive input data corresponding to the environment of the second device, and an identity of the second user is determined based thereon. The communication connection is established and, based on the identity, the second device tracks movement of the second user in the environment.

Restricting mobile device usage

Systems and methods are provided for selectively restricting a mobile device. In one implementation, a visual capture can be to identify one or more indicators within the visual capture. Based on the indicators, an implementation of a restriction at the mobile device can be adjusted. In another implementation inputs can be processed to compute a determination, determination reflecting at least one of the in-vehicle role of the user as a driver and the in-vehicle role of the user as a passenger; and, an operation state of the mobile device can be modified based on such a determination. According to another implementation, one or more outputs can be projected from a mobile device, inputs can be received, and such inputs and outputs can be processed to determine a correlation between them. A restriction can then be modified based on the correlation.

CAMERA MODULE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

A camera module includes a circuit board, a mounting bracket disposed on the circuit board, an image sensor disposed on the circuit board and received in the mounting bracket, a first lens disposed in the mounting bracket, a driving mechanism disposed in the mounting bracket, and a second lens connected to the driving mechanism, and located between the image sensor and the first lens. The driving can drive the second lens to move between the first lens and the image sensor.

CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN OPTICAL ELECTRONIC PART AND SOCKET

The optical electronic part includes an insulating case that makes a built-in photoelectric conversion element face upward and includes a flange portion protruding along a horizontal plane, and a conductive pad that is exposed in an outer surface of the insulating case, the outer surface being parallel to the horizontal plane. The socket includes a guide portion that slidably guides the flange portion along the horizontal plane, and a contact that is fixed to a connection area of a housing opposed to the outer surface in which the conductive pad is exposed, the contact including a contact portion located in a movement locus of the conductive pad sliding with the flange portion along the horizontal plane. As the insulating case is operated to slide, the contact makes sliding contact with the conductive pad to provide a self-cleaning effect.
