A hands-free apparatus includes a memory, and a hardware processor coupled to the memory. The hardware processor is configured to: perform a hands-free connection process of connecting to a mobile phone by using a hands-free communication protocol for performing a hands-free phone conversation; perform a first data transfer process of making a first connection with the mobile phone by using a data transfer protocol for transferring phone data related to phone, and causing the phone data to be automatically or manually transferred from the mobile phone; and depending on a status of a different data transfer process than the first data transfer process, perform transfer control related to transfer by at least one of the first data transfer process and the different data transfer process.

A mobile device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor; a call module which operates by control of the processor and is configured to receive an incoming call; a service module which operates by control of the processor and is configured to automatically connect the incoming call when an automatic call response service is set in the mobile device; and an interworking module which operates by control of the processor and is configured to perform a preset function of the mobile device in response to a request from the service module after the incoming call is connected by the service module. Using the mobile device, it is possible that the mobile device automatically receives the incoming call without a user's intervention according to the setting.

Image generation means generates, based on the incoming call signal, a caller information image including at least a portion of the caller information as character information. Incoming call screen display means receives the caller number and acquires the registered caller text information and the caller information image corresponding to the received caller number from the telephone dictionary. Incoming call screen display means displays an incoming call screen including the caller text information and the caller information image.

A method comprising: monitoring, by a computing system, a callee device for missed phone calls from a caller; determining, by the computing system, based on a behavioral history of the callee, callee health parameters of the callee, and a number of the missed phone calls from the caller, whether an unresponsiveness condition is satisfied; and based on a determination that the unresponsiveness condition is satisfied and in response to a missed phone call from the caller, causing a caller device to present callee health data to the caller.

Methods and systems for call processing are described. A call from a caller intended for a first party is received at a call processing system, which stores call signaling information associated with the call. A greeting is played to the caller, and a voice communication is received and recorded. At least a first portion of the voice communication is transmitted in substantially real time to a terminal associated with the first person. At least a portion of the voice communication is converted to text and the text is stored and transmitted to a terminal associated with the first party. When a search query is received from the first party, the system searches the data store to determine if there is matching call having related matching call information. If there is a matching call, related information may be provided to the first party.

The method also includes, in response to exiting the do not disturb mode, discontinuing suppressing notifications for new communications received at the portable electronic device, providing an option to view the communications received at the portable electronic device while in the do not disturb mode and, in response to receipt of selection of the option to view the communications received while in the do not disturb mode, displaying a consolidated list of the communications received at the portable electronic device while in the do not disturb mode. The consolidated list includes a plurality of electronic communication types.

Techniques are provided for telephone call information collection and retrieval. A receiver device receives a telephone call from a caller device. The receiver device collects information associated with the telephone call and stores the information in a memory. Subsequently, the receiver device displays, via a graphical user interface, the telephone number of the caller device. The receiver device receives, via the graphical user interface, a user selection of the telephone number of the caller. In response to the user selection, the receiver device displays, via the graphical user interface, the information stored in the memory, including, for example, the start and end times of the telephone call, the location(s) of the receiver device during the telephone call, and text representing the audio of the call (e.g., speech-to-text conversion of at least a portion of the audio).

A method for processing contact information includes displaying a list of contacts on a display of a wireless terminal, determining a first contact from the list of contacts in response to a selection of a user, obtaining a web log address and an online shop address of the first contact, obtaining, from a network service, a first content corresponding to the web log address and the online shop address of the first contact, and displaying the first content on a first area of the display, where the first content is dynamically updated.
