Sheet processing apparatus
A handle mounted to a shaft with a fixing member has a first surface that comes in contact with the shaft and receives an operation force applied to the handle and a second surface in which the fixing member is arranged.
Mobile printer
A three-dimensional printer for providing additive material to an object in need thereof includes a non-transitory computer memory; a processor in data communication with the computer memory; a material reservoir; an output device in communication with the material reservoir; a scanning device for obtaining existing contour information about the object; and a contour database accessible by the processor which has contour information about the object. The scanning device is in data communication with the processor. Programming causes: (1) the scanning device to obtain the existing contour information; (2) the computer memory to store the obtained existing contour information; and (3) the processor to create a print file based on data from each of: (a) the obtained existing contour information, and (b) the contour database. Further programming selectively actuates the output device, utilizing the print file, to apply the material from the material reservoir to the object in need thereof.
IMAGE READING DEVICE
An image reading device includes light guides (5, 6) that emit light to an object to be read, a lens body (8) that condenses reflected light, a light receiver (13) that receives the reflected light, a sensor board (24) on which is mounted the light receiver (13), a lens holder (11), and a housing (9) that houses or holds these components. The lens holder (11) includes a holder bottom (11g), light guide positioners (11a, 11b) and lens body holders (11e, 11f). In the lens holder (11), the lens body (8) is attached between the lens body holders (11e, 11f), the sensor board (24) is attached to the holder bottom (11g) such that the light receiver (13) aligns with an optical axis of the lens body (8), and the light guides (5, 6) are attached to the light guide positioners (11a, 11b). A surface of each light guide positioner (11a, 11b) that faces the corresponding light guide (5, 6) to be attached has at least a portion having a same shape a s a shape of a surface of the light guide.
IMAGE READING APPARATUS
An image reading apparatus includes a document transport path along which a document is transported, a feeding roller that is provided on the document transport path and that feeds the document, and a reader that is provided downstream of the feeding roller in the document transport path and that reads the document, in which a main board on which electronic components are mounted, when viewed from a width direction, which is a direction intersecting a document transport direction, is disposed in a region between the document transport path and a feeding roller tangent line, which is a straight line parallel to the document transport path and which is in contact with the feeding roller at a position separated from the document transport path. In addition, the main board may be provided in an orientation along the document transport path.
Roller, separation device, image reading apparatus, and recording apparatus
An elastic body portion includes an inner circumferential portion and an outer circumferential portion which serves as an outer circumferential side with respect to the inner circumferential portion and a space portion between the inner circumferential portion and the outer circumferential portion, and a plurality of joining portions which join the inner circumferential portion and the outer circumferential portion to each other in the space portion, in which at least a portion of each of the joining portions has a curved shape, and in which the joining portions are each joined to the inner circumferential portion and the outer circumferential portion such that connecting portions between the joining portions and the inner circumferential portion and connecting portions between the joining portions and the outer circumferential portion do not form acute angles in the space portion.
Scanning apparatus
A scanning apparatus for scanning an object includes a frame and a scanning unit. The frame defines a passage and two frame openings. The passage has two passage openings opposite to each other in a first direction. The frame openings are opposite to each other in a second direction transverse to the first direction, and are in spatial communication with the passage. The scanning unit includes at least one scanning device that includes a scanning casing and a scanner. The scanning casing has a scanning opening in direct connection with one of the frame openings of the frame. The scanner is disposed in the scanning casing, and operable to scan the object via the scanning opening when the object is moving through the passage in the first direction.
Image reading apparatus and image forming apparatus
An image reading apparatus includes an image scanning unit that is provided with a holding portion holding a flexible flat cable. The holding portion is protruded toward an upstream side in a sub scanning direction, and provided with a second wall part. The flexible flat cable that is extended from a connector is brought into contact with the second wall part. As for the flexible flat cable, a downward movement is regulated by a lower holding portion and an upward movement is regulated by an upper holding portion. Accordingly, the flexible flat cable does not rise.
Image reading device
An image reading device comprises a document table having a plate-shaped transparent member for a document to be placed thereon, an image reading unit for reading the document placed on the upper surface of the transparent member from the lower surface side of the transparent member, a carriage for driving the image reading unit to move reciprocally, and a case for containing the carriage. The document table has a frame member along a periphery of the transparent member and is secured to the case by engagement right under the frame member.
MEDIUM TRANSPORT APPARATUS AND IMAGE READING APPARATUS
A scanner is configured to include a rotating body at a bottom portion of an apparatus main body and to be switchable between a movable state in which the rotating body contacts an installation surface on which the apparatus main body is installed and the rotation of the rotating body enables the movement of the apparatus main body on the installation surface and an installation state in which a contact area of the bottom portion of the apparatus main body with respect to the installation surface is larger than the movable state and the apparatus main body is installed and used on the installation surface.
Recording apparatus
A recording apparatus includes a lower unit including a recording unit that performs recording on a medium, and an upper unit including a reading unit that reads a document image, the upper unit being disposed above the lower unit and being configured to open and close with respect to the lower unit. The upper unit includes an arm that maintains an open state of the upper unit by being supported by the lower unit. The lower unit has a cam groove that receives a protrusion disposed on the arm and that has a route along which the protrusion moves in a certain direction when the upper unit opens or closes. A recess that the protrusion enters and that supports the protrusion from below is disposed in the cam groove and the open state of the upper unit is maintained by the protrusion entering the recess.
