The invention comprises an application activating unit which issues an application binding command in response to a print instruction of a data generated by an application executed by a mobile, an additional information acquiring unit which acquires an additional information according to a predetermined information acquiring command included in the application binding command when a print result information is acquired from the printer, and an information providing unit which provides the mobile with the additional information in addition to the print result information. A user is notified of necessary information on printer maintenance or an updating of software in addition to the print result information upon completion of printing intentionally instructed by the user.

A transmit destination changing apparatus includes an acquiring unit that acquires track record information, the track record information indicating a track record of printing of print data transmitted from a print data transmitting apparatus to a first printer among multiple printers, the track record information indicating a track record of printing performed on each of the plural printers in response to a print request, and an output unit that outputs change instruction information if the track record information indicates that print data transmitted to the first printer from the print data transmitting apparatus is likely to be printed on a second printer among the multiple printers in response to a print request, the change instruction information instructing that the destination of the print data be changed to cause the print data to be transmitted to the second printer from the print data transmitting apparatus.

When the controller reads shortcut information that indicates a first option for a selected one of the functions, and when the first option is permitted to the user, the third screen is displayed. A billing system used together with an image forming apparatus for forming an image on a sheet and discharging the sheet includes: a counting unit for counting, when a print job is interrupted, a billing unit number for a sheet which already has an image formed thereon when the interruption occurs and which has not discharged from the image forming apparatus; a determination unit for determining whether the print job is continued or cancelled after the print job is interrupted; and a billing unit for counting a billing counter corresponding to an amount for which the image forming apparatus is used, and billing a user who uses the image forming apparatus according to the billing counter, wherein the billing unit switches whether the billing counter is counted by using a count result of the counting unit in accordance with a determination result of the determination unit.
