SIGNAL PROCESSING DEVICE, IMAGE SCANNING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME
A signal processing device includes a signal output circuit, a controller, and a corrector. The signal output circuit outputs a signal according to a physical quantity being input. The controller controls the signal output circuit. The corrector corrects a signal to be corrected. The signal to be corrected is output from the signal output circuit. The signal output circuit selectively performs one of first operation of outputting a characteristic signal that indicates characteristics of the signal output circuit and second operation of outputting a pseudo signal that is generated spuriously, according to control of the controller. The corrector corrects the signal to be corrected based on one of the characteristic signal and the pseudo signal output from the signal output circuit.
IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS
A data input circuit stores decoded image data into the line buffer. A transmission circuit transmits image data of a rear end part in the primary scanning direction of each line in the line buffer to a boundary buffer. In the secondary scanning direction, a second block is adjacent to a first block, and a fourth block is adjacent to a third block. The third block is adjacent to the first block in the primary scanning direction. The filter execution circuit continuously performs filter execution of: (a) the rear end part in the primary scanning direction of (a1) the rear end part in the secondary scanning direction of the first block and (a2) the second block, and (b) the rear end part in the secondary scanning direction of the third block and (c) the fourth block, using the image data stored in the boundary buffer and the line buffer.
IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD
An image processing apparatus includes: a first inverter to output binary image data having first resolution, as image data having pixel values that are inverted or image data having unprocessed pixel values, in accordance with an inversion signal; a thinning processor to convert the image data output from the first inverter from the first resolution to second resolution and perform a thinning process of thinning pixels of edge portions of the image data in units of the second resolution; and a second inverter to output the image data having the second resolution for which the thinning process is performed, as image data having pixel values that are inverted or image data having unprocessed pixel values, in accordance with the inversion signal.
IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, DRIVE CONTROL DEVICE, LIGHT SOURCE CONTROL DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD
An image processing device includes: a first matching circuit to determine whether an image matrix of image data of a first resolution matches a first pattern, and output a first determination result; a first converting circuit to, if the image matrix matches the first pattern, replace a target pixel of the image matrix with a first pixel pattern of a second resolution, and output first image data of the second resolution; a second converting circuit to convert the image data of the first resolution into image data of the second resolution, and output second image data of the second resolution; a detecting circuit to detect whether the target pixel is included in a fine line structure, and output a detection result; and a selecting circuit to output one of the first image data and the second image data based on the first determination result and the detection result.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
An information processing apparatus includes: an inputting unit for inputting a text to be placed in a template; a storage unit for saving the text whenever a predetermined condition is detected; and a presenting unit for, when the template is switched, selecting the text from the storage unit based on an amount of a text that can be placed in the template after switching, and presenting the selected text as a candidate.
IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, IMAGE CAPTURING DEVICE, IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
An image processing device including a blurring processing unit that performs blurring processing for input image information that is input, includes: a saturation determination unit that calculates saturation of a saturated pixel of the input image information; a first gradation conversion unit that converts gradation of the input image information on a basis of the saturation calculated by the saturation determination unit; and, in which the blurring processing unit performs blurring processing for image information that has been subjected to gradation conversion by the first gradation conversion unit, a second gradation conversion unit that converts gradation of image information that has been subjected to the blurring processing, on a basis that gradation of a saturated region of the blurring-processed image information serves as a gradation of a saturated pixel.
IMAGE SCANNING SYSTEM
An image scanning system for scanning an object is disclosed. The image scanning system includes a light source, an optical lens, an image capturing unit and a light barrier element. The light source irradiates an object to produce an image light, and the optical lens converges the image light. The image capturing unit is disposed at a light leaving side of the optical lens, and the image capturing unit captures the image light to form an image. The light barrier element is disposed at a light entering side of the optical lens or disposed between the optical lens and the image capturing unit, and the light barrier element selectively allows the image light within a predetermined range of an incident angle to pass through.
