Image projection device
An image projection device includes: a projection unit that irradiates a pupil 40 of an eyeball 36 of a user with an image light beam 34a forming an image to project the image onto a retina 38 of the eyeball; a detection unit that detects a direction 52 in which the pupil has moved relative to a face of the user; and a control unit that controls the projection unit based on a detected direction in which the pupil has moved so that the pupil is irradiated with the image light beam and the image is moved in a direction opposite to the direction in which the pupil has moved with respect to a position on which the image has been projected before a move of the pupil in a coordinate system visually recognized by the user.

Multi-display system, video display device, and pull-out mechanism
An object is to provide a technique that enables making an adjustment from a direction where a video display surface is located, in order to provide inconspicuous seams between one of video display devices and other adjacent video display devices even when there are no workable spaces behind the video display devices. A multi-display system includes a plurality of LED display tiles, a position adjusting mechanism, and a pull-out mechanism. The position adjusting mechanism includes a lock mechanism that switches between a locking state and an unlocking state. When the lock mechanism is in the locking state, each of the LED display tiles is fastened in a retraction position. When the lock mechanism is in the unlocking state, each of the LED display tiles is movable between the retraction position and a pull-out position by the pull-out mechanism while being floated and supported via an elastic support portion.
Apparatuses and methods for providing a vanishing viewing window within a mirror
An apparatus to provide reflection and information includes a mirror, which has a front side and a backside and further includes a glass layer. The glass layer has an area and a first reflectivity. A reflective layer is adhered to the backside of the mirror and a protective layer is adhered to the reflective layer. The reflective layer further includes a vanishing viewing window. Within the vanishing viewing window at least a part of the protective layer is removed from the to provide a second reflectivity for the vanishing viewing window, such that the first reflectivity is greater than the second reflectivity. The apparatus includes a data display. The data display is positioned behind the vanishing viewing window, such that when a user views the front side, the user sees a reflection in the mirror when the data display is in an off state and when the data display is in an on state the user sees a reflection in the mirror and data in the vanishing viewing window.
Monitor stand
A monitor stand with a support portion supporting a monitor; a base contacting a placing plane; and a support pillar connecting the support portion and the base. The support pillar includes a plurality of support pillar members provided to overlap one another and the plurality of support pillar members being configured to be slidable one another. The support portion is provided in a first support pillar member which is one of the plurality of the support pillar members. The support pillar includes an interlocking portion configured to extend and shorten the support pillar by sliding the plurality of the support pillar members one another.

Stand and television apparatus
A stand and a television apparatus capable of reducing limitations in design with respect to a base section are provided. A stand used for holding a display apparatus is provided. The stand includes a base section and a support section configured to rotate with respect to the base section and hold the display apparatus. The support section includes a drive unit configured to rotate a display screen of the display apparatus, and the drive unit is provided behind a back side of the display screen of the display apparatus. Preferably, the drive unit includes an electric motor and the display screen of the display apparatus is rotated by driving the electric motor.
Display device
A display device includes a display panel having a display surface and a rear surface opposite to the display surface, a rear casing having an opening disposed on the display panel to enclose an accommodation space with the rear surface of the display panel, a mounting plate partially inserted to the rear casing through the opening along the rear surface to be detachably disposed in the accommodation space, and a restricting member disposed in the accommodation space to limit movement of the mounting plate relative to the rear casing, wherein a vertical projection of the opening toward the display panel falls within the rear surface.

Exoskeletal harness
A harness may be configured to carry a piece of equipment and be worn by a wearer. The harness may comprise, for example, a central mounting plate, an equipment support member configured to support the piece of equipment, one or more vertical support members, and a belt. The equipment support member, the vertical support members, and the belt may be fixedly or removably attached to the central mounting plate. In some instances, an equipment bag may be removably attached to a portion of the harness. The equipment bag may weigh about 25 pounds, and the harness may be configured to be worn for approximately 12 hours at a time. The harness may be configured to transfer the weight of the piece of equipment from the shoulders and chest to the hips and lower back of the wearer.
