A display apparatus including a housing; a display; a roller accommodated in the housing to rotate and roll or unroll the display; and a processor configured to in response to receiving a command to display content, control the roller to rotate and unroll the display from the housing so the display is drawn out and extended from the housing, and control the display to display an entire image of the content while simultaneously expanding a size of the entire image of the content as the display is being extended from the housing so a partial portion of the content is not blocked from being viewed as the display is drawn out and extended from the housing.

A cover window covering a display panel of a display device comprises a base member covering a display area and a non-display area of the display panel, and an inorganic layer disposed on the base member. The inorganic layer has substantially uniform thickness on the display area, and has a diffraction grating structure on the non-display area.

A display arrangement suitable for stadiums, shopping malls, or other locations with open areas includes an upstanding support structure having a plurality of support structure sides on which stacked display screen arrangements are disposed. An enclosure surrounds all sides of the upstanding support structure, and has a plurality of enclosure sides on which stacked display screen arrangements are arrayed. The display arrangement utilizes at least one processor by which the stacked display screen arrangements on the enclosure sides allow for integrated foreground, middle ground, and background movements. A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a display panel; a frame positioned in a rear of the display panel; a back cover positioned in a rear of the frame; a controller installed between the frame and the back cover; a control module movable between the frame and the back cover; and a bridge unit installed between the frame and the back cover, electrically connected to the controller, and electrically connected to the control module when the control module is inserted between the frame and the back cover.

A display device includes a curved display module which includes a signal receiver receiving an image signal from an outside source, an image display part displaying an image corresponding to the image signal and being curved, and a frame surrounding at least a portion of an edge of the image display part and a stand which includes a signal transmitter transmitting the image signal and a coupling part in which a curved groove is defined where a portion of the curved display module is accommodated in the groove.

The present invention provides a switch capable of reducing the length in the height direction. According to the present invention, there is provided a switch comprising a switch portion having an operating surface and a circuit board having an electrode, wherein the electrode is configured to be capable of detecting an operation on the switch portion, a component mounting surface of the circuit board is arranged nonparallel to the operating surface and the thickness of the circuit board does not exceed the height of the switch portion.

A display apparatus including a waveguide is provided. The display apparatus includes a display panel; a backlight configured to provide light to the display panel; a heat sink configured to absorb heat generated by the backlight; a bottom chassis configured to support the backlight and the heat sink; a first circuit board mounted on the bottom chassis; a second circuit board mounted on the bottom chassis; and a waveguide formed between the first circuit board and the second circuit board.

A dustproof apparatus according to an embodiment of the present technology includes a casing portion, a fan portion, a sensor unit, and a control unit. The casing portion is capable of accommodating an image display apparatus and includes an inlet and an outlet that discharges air sucked in from the inlet. The fan portion is provided at the outlet or the inlet. The sensor unit is capable of respectively measuring a first temperature which is a temperature of the air in a vicinity of the inlet and a second temperature which is a temperature of the air in a vicinity of the outlet. The control unit controls drive of the fan portion on a basis of a temperature difference between the first temperature and the second temperature measured by the sensor unit.
