Antenna system for a large appliance
An antenna system for a large appliance is disclosed herein. The antenna system comprises a large appliance having a front surface and a rear surface, a first antenna mounted on the rear surface, a second antenna mounted on the rear surface, a combiner in communication with the first antenna and the second antenna, a radio, a processor, and a wireless access point. The combiner selects the strongest signal of the first antenna and the second antenna to receive a wireless signal from the wireless access point.
HEAD-MOUNTED DISPLAY, DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM
There are provided a head-mounted display, a display control method, and a program for changing the position of the image of an object near the optical axis of a camera in an image displayed on a display section. A camera control section controls the direction of the optical axis of the camera capturing an image of what is ahead of the display section disposed in front of the user's eyes. A display control section causes the display section to display a partial image cut out from the image captured by the camera, the partial image constituting a portion corresponding to the optical axis direction of the camera.

The audio-visual device may include a display, a speaker, and a processor configured to control the audio-visual system to operate in a first mode for outputting media art content while the display is stored in the housing according to a first event, operate in a second mode for outputting audio content through the speaker while part of the display is exposed through the open upper end according to a second event, and operate in a third mode for outputting a visual content while the entire display is exposed through the open upper end according to a third event.
Light emitting device
The present disclosure relates to a light emitting device that can improve design of emitted light. A communication substrate is provided with an LED indicator which emits light. A light guiding plate has a concave surface portion which is a concave surface to cover the LED indicator, and receives the light from the LED indicator using the concave surface portion. A storage case stores the communication substrate and the light guiding plate in a state where a part of the light guiding plate is exposed. The light guiding plate allows the light from the LED indicator to penetrate to a part of the light guiding plate exposed from the storage case by diffusing the light received using the concave surface portion. For example, the present disclosure is applicable to the light emitting device that emits light using an LED or the like.
Display device and control method thereof
A display device and a control method thereof are disclosed. The display device comprises: a body with a display on the front side; at least one speaker provided on at least one side of the body; at least one sensor configured to measure the distance from the body to an adjacent face; and a controller configured to change the quality of sound output through the at least one speaker based on the distance measured by the at least one sensor. Accordingly, sound can be altered and output based on the distance between the display device and the adjacent face.

A wearable apparatus for use by a driver of a motor vehicle is provided. The apparatus comprises a communication device which is configured to communicate with a complementary communication device of the motor vehicle. The apparatus further comprises a display device and a processor device. The processor device is configured to receive, via the communication device, sensor-acquired data regarding an environment of the motor vehicle from the complementary communication device of the motor vehicle and to control the display device to display the received environment data or environment data derived therefrom.
