A system, method, and apparatus for detecting wireless video cameras includes receiving radio waves in a radio frequency band and filtering the radio waves. Then it is determined whether a signal strength of the radio waves exceeds a threshold for a period of time, indicating that a video signal is present and if a video signal is present, the detection of a wireless video signal is signaled (e.g., making noise, vibrating, illuminating, blinking).

PERSONAL CONTROL APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SHARING INFORMATION IN A COLLABORATIVE WORKPLACE

A content sharing device for use in controlling content replicated from a video source device on a large common display screen, the content sharing device comprising a housing, a processor supported by the housing, at least first and second control buttons supported by the housing and linked to the processor, a cable linked to the processor and having a distal end opposite the processor, the cable including a connector at the distal end for linking to the video source device, wherein, the processor is programmed to enable content from the video source device linked to the connector to be replicated in a first field on the common display screen upon selection of the first control button and to enable content from the video source device linked to the connector to be replicated in a second field adjacent to and separate from the first field upon selection of the second control button.

HEAD-UP DISPLAY DEVICE

Provided is a head-up display device with which the vibration resistance of a combiner after installation is improved, and with which the combiner can easily be installed and removed. This head-up display device is equipped with: a display unit that emits display light; a combiner that receives the display light and displays a virtual image; a combiner holder that supports the combiner; and a chassis that houses the display unit and has a mounting unit on which the combiner holder is mounted. The mounting unit has a securing lever capable of rotating around a shaft part, and when a pressing bar of the securing lever is rotated in the direction toward the combiner holder while the combiner holder is mounted on the mounting unit, the securing lever secures the combiner holder on the mounting unit. Furthermore, with this head-up display (HUD) device, when the pressing bar is rotated in the other direction while the combiner holder is mounted on the mounting unit, the attachment of the combiner holder to the mounting unit is released.

The present invention reduces distortions in a display image, and prevents decreases in visibility caused by reflected external light coming from a transmission-type screen. A head-up display device is provided with the following: a projector, for emitting display light which shows a display image; a transmission-type screen, having a light-receiving surface that receives the display light and an emission surface that emits the display light; and a second reflecting mirror that reflects the display light coming from the transmission-type screen. The transmission-type screen comprises, on one end of the emission surface, a bent section having a concave curved surface, the bent section reflecting external light, which arrives from the second reflecting mirror, in a direction different from that of the second reflecting mirror.

A panorama image processing unit generates a wide viewing angle image like a panorama image which is seen from a given point of view. An image conversion unit converts the generated wide viewing angle image into an image of a transmission format in which the angular resolution which is a number of pixels per unit angle centered at the point of view is adjusted in response to a ray direction toward the point of view. An image provision unit transmits the image in the transmission format in which the angular resolution is adjusted to a head-mounted display unit. The head-mounted display unit converts the received image so as to conform the image to an optical characteristic of a device and displays the image on the device.
