MOUNT FOR TELEVISIONS AND THE LIKE
A mount for a television or other media device is able to be extended from a mounting wall over a relatively large range. The mount can also be tilted from side to side and up and down, so that the television may be readily viewable from multiple locations within a room. The mount is sturdy, and may be provided with decorative paneling. In an embodiment, the mount includes a first beam; a second beam; plural first members connected rotatably to the first beam; plural second members connected rotatably to the second beam; a third member connected rotatably to a first pair of the first and second members; a fourth member connected rotatably to a second pair of the first and second members; and a plate connected rotatably to the third and fourth members.
Display apparatus and control method thereof
Disclosed are a display apparatus including a display unit which displays an image thereon; a first image processor which processes an image signal based on a predetermined image processing operation, and displays an image based on the processed image signal; a first central processor which controls the display unit and the first image processor; and a first controller which grants a control right to the first central processor or to an upgrading apparatus, which upgrades the display apparatus, to control the display apparatus when the upgrading apparatus is connected to the display apparatus.

Provided is a backlight device that includes: LEDs; a LED substrate; a light guide plate having a light-exiting surface, an opposite surface on an opposite side of the light-exiting surface, and a light-receiving face; a chassis; a frame; a heat dissipating member having a bottom part and a raised part; a pair of fixing members, each having a gripping part that extends along a long-side direction of the raised part and that grips each end in the long-side direction of the raised part in a direction perpendicular to a plate surface of the raised part, and a locking part that extends along the long-side direction of the raised part and that is locked to each of side faces adjacent to the light-receiving face of the light guide plate on a side of the light-receiving face. The pair of fixing members keeps a distance between the LED substrate and the light guide plate constant by fixing a distance between the gripping part and the locking part.

Provided is a backlight device that includes: LEDs; a LED substrate; a light guide plate having a light-exiting surface, an opposite surface on an opposite side of the light-exiting surface, and a light-receiving face; a chassis; a frame; a heat dissipating member having a bottom part and a raised part; a pair of fixing members, each having a gripping part that extends along a long-side direction of the raised part and that grips each end in the long-side direction of the raised part in a direction perpendicular to a plate surface of the raised part, and a locking part that extends along the long-side direction of the raised part and that is locked to each of side faces adjacent to the light-receiving face of the light guide plate on a side of the light-receiving face. The pair of fixing members keeps a distance between the LED substrate and the light guide plate constant by fixing a distance between the gripping part and the locking part.
Display apparatus and display unit
A display apparatus includes a display unit projecting an image to a light transmissive display member, and the display apparatus forms a virtual image of the image projected by the display unit on an opposite side to a user side. The display unit is configured to accommodate a display device displaying the image and a projection optical system that projects the image displayed on the display device to the display member in a housing. The projection optical system includes a first reflecting member disposed on a display device side and a second reflecting member disposed on an opening side in an optical path extending from the display device. A reflection surface of the first reflecting member reflecting the image displayed on the display device has a convex shape, and a reflection surface of the second reflecting member projecting the image to the display member has a concave shape.
View projection
A first derived matrix of transport coefficients and a second derived matrix of transport coefficients are derived from a primary matrix of transport coefficients. Each of the transport coefficients describes transport of a respective image forming element from a first position onto one or more image forming elements at a second position. An approximate inverse of the first derived matrix is ascertained. A modified version of a projection image is determined from the projection image, the approximated inverse of the first derived matrix, and the second derived matrix. The modified version of the projection image is rendered from the first position onto a physical medium at the second position.

A frame body includes a bottom plate, a connection portion, and a bracket. The bracket includes a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a bending portion, a positioning board, and a connection layer. The first sidewall has a first end connected to the connection portion and has a first surface facing away from the accommodating space. The second sidewall is adjacent to a side of the first sidewall that faces away from an accommodating space of the frame body. The second sidewall has a second surface facing the first surface. The bending portion is connected to a second end of the first sidewall that is distal to the connection portion and the second sidewall. The positioning board is connected to an end of the second sidewall that is distal to the bending portion. The connection layer adheres the first surface and the second surface.

A frame body includes a bottom plate, a connection portion, and a bracket. The bracket includes a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a bending portion, a positioning board, and a connection layer. The first sidewall has a first end connected to the connection portion and has a first surface facing away from the accommodating space. The second sidewall is adjacent to a side of the first sidewall that faces away from an accommodating space of the frame body. The second sidewall has a second surface facing the first surface. The bending portion is connected to a second end of the first sidewall that is distal to the connection portion and the second sidewall. The positioning board is connected to an end of the second sidewall that is distal to the bending portion. The connection layer adheres the first surface and the second surface.

A modular display monitor system includes an interchangeable display panel with a panel interface and an interchangeable connector module that has a connecting dock and a connector for interfacing with the panel interface. The system further includes an interchangeable monitor riser with a mounting mechanism attached to the interchangeable connector module. The system processes electronics to video input data for display by the display panel.
