Multipin Variable Rate Interface
A modular portable device system and method improves the quality of the interface between a core device and an add-on module via an interconnection system specifically applicable to modular systems. A multi-pin connector array accessible from outside the base device is configured and located to electrically connect to a mating array on the add-on module when the two devices are docked. The application processor of the base device uses different pins or pin sets of the interface to provide mutually exclusive data channels having distinct data rates for transmission of various types of data with less waste. In an embodiment, a control pin is used by the devices to signal a channel and associated data type to be transmitted.
PORTABLE TELEPROMPTER EQUIPMENT
A portable teleprompter system, which comprises two sets of transparent reflective sheets with their respective support poles and associated displays, the system comprising a carry-on-sized suitcase that holds the system components and has two separable parts, each one of which is fit to be arranged in a stable manner on a floor, offering an upwards-facing operating face that is provided with at least means for firmly supporting a display; and means for anchoring a pole in such a position that the reflective sheet supported by said pole can reflect the content shown on the display.

Small-spacing LED Screen
A small-spacing LED screen is provided, comprising a bottom case, an HUB board arranged on one side of the bottom case, and a small module arranged on the other side and electrically connected with the HUB board. The small module includes a module main body and a drive control unit which is electrically connected with the module main body to drive and control the module main body. An adaptor plate is also arranged between the small module and the HUB board. The HUB board is electrically connected with the adaptor plate. The drive control unit is arranged on the adaptor plate. The LED screen has the smallest spacing, and the reject ratio of the small module is greatly reduced.
Frame and display device using same
The present invention discloses a frame for holding a display panel. The frame includes a number of side frames and at least one rotating part. The side frames are connected end to end to form an enclosed frame for accommodating the display panel. The side frame defines at least one cutout extending along a longitudinal direction of the side frame. The rotating part is received in the cutout and is rotatably connected to the side frame via a rotating axis extending along the longitudinal direction of the side frame. The display panel is assembled in the enclosed frame via the rotating part. The present invention further provides a display device having the frame.
Translucent Digital Display System
A digital display system includes a transparent outer protective panel, a transparent inner protective panel, and a translucent digital video display located between the outer and inner protective panels. An integrated media player is operably connected to the translucent digital video display so that full-motion videos displayed on the translucent digital video display are viewed through the outer protective panel and items can be viewed through the translucent digital video display. The digital display system can be incorporated into any environment where a product is located behind a glass enclosure such as freezers, coolers, security glass, jewelry cases, liquor cases, cosmetic cases, and the like. In retail environments, the digital display systems can also be incorporated into entry doors, windows, drive-thru windows, teller windows, and any other location where there is traditionally glass and you want to focus consumer attention obstructing the customer's line of site.
DISPLAY AND ENCLOSURE APPARATUS
The disclosure provides for a display and enclosure apparatus for supporting a television. The display and enclosure apparatus includes a cabinet that has a back face and at least one flange extending from the back face for holding the television. A decorative member is connected to the flange of the cabinet. The decorative member defines a hollow that extends in a non-linear shape and terminates at a mouth. A bracket interconnects the cabinet and decorative member. The bracket includes a plate that overlies and is connected to the flange of the cabinet, and at least one wing that extends from the plate. The wing has a shape that substantially matches the non-linear shape of the hollow of the decorative member and nests in the hollow for interconnecting the flange of the cabinet and the decorative member.
CURVED SURFACE DISPLAY DEVICE AND CURVED SURFACE DISPLAY METHOD
A curved surface display device and a curved surface display method, which belong to the field of display technology. The curved display device comprises a display panel, a motor, a first arc lever and a second arc lever. A first end of the first arc lever and the second arc lever are connected with the motor through a connector, and a second end of the first arc lever and second arc lever are connected with the casing of the device. The connector is used for pulling the first end of the first arc lever and the first end of the second arc lever with rotation of the motor, such that the first arc lever and the second arc lever rotate around their pivots respectively, thus realizing automatic bending of the casing, which meets the user's requirement of adjusting the curvature of the curved surface display device.
CURVE PROFILE CONTROL FOR A FLEXIBLE DISPLAY
Facilities are provided herein for automatically determining and applying curve profiles to flexible displays. An example process includes obtaining content to be presented on a flexible display, automatically determining a curve profile to apply to the flexible display in association with presentation of the content on the flexible display, the automatically determining being based at least in part on an analysis of the content to be presented, and applying the curve profile to the flexible display in association with the presentation of the content on the flexible display.
