A mountable video player apparatus for placing video content in photo albums, scrap books, year books, and art includes a housing having a housing front side, a housing back side, a housing top side, a housing bottom side, a housing left side, and a housing right side defining a housing inside. An adhesive layer is coupled to the housing back side to secure the apparatus to a page. A CPU is coupled within the housing inside. A memory chip and a battery are coupled within the housing inside and are in operational communication with the CPU. A display screen is coupled to the housing front side and is in operational communication with the CPU. A plurality of control buttons is coupled within the housing front side and is in operational communication with the CPU.

A vehicle display device is provided, the vehicle display device including a communication section configured to receive an image of a remote driver remotely operating a vehicle, an external vehicle display section provided to an outer shell of the vehicle and configured to display an image externally to the vehicle, and a display control section configured to cause the image of the remote driver received by the communication section to be displayed on the external vehicle display section.

A vehicle display device is provided, the vehicle display device including a communication section configured to receive an image of a remote driver remotely operating a vehicle, an external vehicle display section provided to an outer shell of the vehicle and configured to display an image externally to the vehicle, and a display control section configured to cause the image of the remote driver received by the communication section to be displayed on the external vehicle display section.

An electronic device has pixels that form an active area of a display for displaying images for a user. A layer of black ink or other opaque material may be formed on an inner surface of a display cover layer in an inactive area of the display that does not overlap pixels. The housing may have sidewalls such as a rear housing wall that faces away from the display. Ambient light sensor windows may be formed from tapered holes or other holes. The tapered holes may be formed in the opaque material on the display cover layer, may be formed in a rear housing wall or other hosing structure, or may be formed in other portions of the electronic device. Non-tapered holes may also form windows. Tapered holes may have sidewalls with portions that run parallel to their longitudinal axes and portions that are angled relative to their longitudinal axes.

A speaker device includes: a speaker unit configured to output a sound; a speaker box covering at least a part of a back surface of the speaker unit; and a duct comprising a first opening that is open within the speaker box, and a second opening opposite the first opening, the duct communicating together an interior and exterior of the speaker box via the first and second openings, wherein the duct further comprises a third opening disposed in a midway location between the first and second openings.

A television receiver assembly includes a disk that is positionable on a horizontal support surface such that the disk is visible to a user. A display is coupled to the disk and the display displays indicia comprising still imagery and video imagery. A camera is integrated into the disk to capture footage of an area proximate the disk. A pair of speakers is each of the speakers is coupled to the disk and each of the speakers is positioned on opposite sides of the display from each other. A locate button is incorporated into the disk and a remote control is in wireless communication with the display and the speakers. The remote control emits an audible alert when the locate button on the disk is depressed to facilitate the user to locate the remote control.

Embodiments relate to a thermally protective structure that is a case or enclosure for a media communication device (e.g., a set-top box). The thermally protective structure has a plurality of structural feature formations with facets constructed in or on its outer surface to increase the surface area through which heat is dissipated.

An electronic device includes a device main body and a stand that is placed on a sucked surface and supports the device main body. The stand includes a base portion and an elastic body that is disposed on a lower surface of the base portion and has a suction surface that is attached by suction to the sucked surface with negative pressure generated in a gap between the suction surface and the sucked surface. The elastic body generates no negative pressure in the gap when no external force is exerted on the stand in a direction to separate from the sucked surface while the stand is placed on the sucked surface. The elastic body generates negative pressure in the gap by being elastically deformed in the direction to separate from the sucked surface when the external force is exerted on the stand while the stand is placed on the sucked surface.

A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes a display including a plurality of display modules, each of which includes a plurality of light emitting devices; a plurality of wireless power transmitters configured to wirelessly transmit power; a plurality of wireless power receivers configured to receive the power from the plurality of wireless power transmitters, each of the plurality of wireless power receivers including output terminals configured to output the power to the plurality of display modules; and a connector configured to connect the output terminals of the plurality of wireless power receivers to each other.
