A display apparatus can include a display panel to display an image; a cabinet covering an front edge portion of the display panel; a light source package disposed behind the display panel to provide light onto the display panel; a bottom cover coupled to behind the cabinet to package the display panel and the light source package; and a back cover covering a first portion of a rear side of the bottom cover.

Disclosed is a display apparatus including a display panel configured to display an image by emitting light, a rear surface structure configured to surround lateral and rear surfaces of the display panel, a vibration generating device connected with the rear surface structure and configured to vibrate the display panel, a rear sound emitting portion between the display panel and the rear surface structure, a rear sound guide between the display panel and the rear surface structure to surround the vibration generating device in a spiral shape and configured to connect with the rear sound emitting portion.

Movement information indicating movement of the display device is obtained, and a warning is notified when the movement information is information indicating a sickness-inducing movement set in advance as movement likely to induce motion sickness.

The present invention provides a display device and a television device with which it is possible to reduce the thickness of the device profile while also realizing desirable acoustic characteristics. This display device includes: a first plate-shaped object; a display module including a display element and a second plate-shaped object that supports the display element, the display module being disposed so as to face the first plate-shaped object; a liquid layer formed by sealing up a liquid between the first plate-like object and the display module; and a vibrator provided to the first plate-shaped object and/or the display module. A movable display device includes a carrying module, a lifting module, a frame module and a display module. The carrying module includes a carrier unit, a base unit disposed on the carrier unit, and a plurality of positioning units disposed on the carrier unit. The lifting module is disposed on the base unit. The frame module includes a primary frame unit movably connected to the positioning units and a plurality of secondary frame units movably connected to the primary frame unit. The primary frame unit has a connecting portion connected to the lifting module. The secondary frame units are respectively located at two sides of the primary frame unit. The display module includes a primary display unit disposed on the primary frame unit and a plurality of secondary display units respectively disposed on the secondary frame units.

A remote controller is provided. The remote controller includes a transmitter; a microphone configured to receive an audio signal output from an audio output apparatus; a communicator comprising communication circuitry configured to perform communication with a display apparatus connected to the audio output apparatus and to transmit the audio signal received through the microphone to the display apparatus; and a processor configured to control the transmitter to transmit to the audio output apparatus a signal for controlling a power of the audio output apparatus based on information indicating whether there is a test tone in an audio signal received by the microphone and received from the display apparatus.

A display device includes: a display panel that displays an image on a front thereof; a light-guiding plate placed opposite to a back of the display panel; a storage container in which the light-guiding plate is stored, the storage container having a dish shape; a light-emitting element that supplies the display panel with light; and a light source substrate having a short side part on a first surface of which the light-emitting element is mounted and a long side part projecting inward from the first surface of the short side part, the first surface of the short side part being disposed to face a peripheral edge of the light-guiding plate, the light source substrate having a shape of letter L in cross section. In the display device, the long side part of the light source substrate and a bottom plate of the storage container are thermally connected to each other.

A display device includes: a display panel that displays an image on a front thereof; a light-guiding plate placed opposite to a back of the display panel; a storage container in which the light-guiding plate is stored, the storage container having a dish shape; a light-emitting element that supplies the display panel with light; and a light source substrate having a short side part on a first surface of which the light-emitting element is mounted and a long side part projecting inward from the first surface of the short side part, the first surface of the short side part being disposed to face a peripheral edge of the light-guiding plate, the light source substrate having a shape of letter L in cross section. In the display device, the long side part of the light source substrate and a bottom plate of the storage container are thermally connected to each other.

A pressure pivoting electronic mirroring device has a supporting unit a mirroring display panel and a pressure hinge assembly. The mirroring display panel is connected with the supporting unit via a cable. The pressure hinge assembly has a pivoting seat arranged on a back surface of the mirroring display panel, a supporting portion in the mirroring display panel, a fastener attached on the supporting portion and a pivoting portion pivoted with the pivoting seat and arranged protruding on the back surface of the mirroring display panel to connected to the supporting unit, and a cabling space allowing the cable to inset therethrough is defined in the pivoting portion. The fastener is fastened on the supporting portion when the pivoting portion and the pivoting seat are relatively pivoted.
