A communication verification system is provided. The communication verification system includes a local transmitting-end unit, a remote receiving-end unit, and a repeater device. The local transmitting-end unit is set to a first computing mode and outputs an initial value. The remote receiving-end unit is set to a second computing mode. The repeater device receives the initial value from the local transmitting-end unit and outputs an initial value to the remote receiving-end unit according to the second computing mode. The repeater device receives and stores a computation result from the remote receiving-end unit, and then outputs a confirmation signal to the local transmitting-end unit according to the first computing mode. The repeater device outputs the computation result to the local transmitting-end unit for verification when the repeater device receives a query signal from the local transmitting-end unit.

The second diplexer may comprise a second diplexer band-stop filter and a second diplexer band-pass filter. The client device is configured to receive from the remote system a video signal comprising an event index of the input event. An event index is extracted from the video signal, and a round-trip latency is computed between the input event and a corresponding video output of the client device based at least in part on a local time associated with the extracted event index and the stored local time associated with the input event.

Systems and methods for generating certified images and incident reports are disclosed. An image capture device can be used to capture an image and integrate metadata from camera sensors as well as other ancillary device sensors into the image. The image and its metadata can then be certified upon a check that the image and its metadata are authentic and unaltered. The image and its metadata can then be included in or as a part of an incident or other report describing an incident or event such as an accident or a crime. The image and/or incident report may be maintained at a cloud-based server for viewing, authorized editing, and subsequent distribution.
