Static and dynamic input multiplexing for high-density neural signal recording
12248629 · 2025-03-11 · ·

Techniques for static and dynamic input multiplexing for high-density neural signal recording are disclosed herein. A multiplexer can receive a first set of neural signals via inputs. A subset of the first set of neural signals above a threshold can be determined. A group of the inputs corresponding to the subset of the first set of neural signals can be determined. Operation of the multiplexer can be modified to block inputs not in the identified group of the inputs. A second set of neural signals can be received into the multiplexer via the group of the inputs. The second set of neural signals can be transmitted to a plurality of channels of an amplifier while blocking inputs not in the identified group of the inputs. The second set of neural signals can be amplified using the amplifier. The amplified second set of neural signals can be transmitted for further processing.

Method for implementing and executing communication center routing strategies represented in extensible markup language

A method is provided for supplementing existing interaction routines in a contact center with added capability including acts for (a) creating at least one rule having at least one rule attribute; (b) creating one or more processes, the processes integral to the rule; (c) defining the at least one rule and integral processes as a strategy; and (d) linking the strategy to the interaction routine, the link serving to cause execution of the strategy during an interaction between an entity and the routine, execution thereof promoting further interaction defined in the strategy.

Computer-implemented systems and methods are disclosed for simulating contact-agent pairings and analyzing contact center performance based on the simulated contact-agent pairings. An exemplary method includes obtaining a first set of available contacts and available agents; determining a first contact-agent pairing based on the first set of available contacts and available agents and a first pairing strategy; and establishing a first connection between a first agent device and a first contact device for the first contact-agent pairing. The exemplary method further includes storing a first set of pairing data corresponding to the first contact-agent pairing; generating, by a simulation model implementing a simulated pairing algorithm, a second contact-agent pairing based on the first set of available contacts and available agents and a second pairing strategy; and storing a second pairing data corresponding to the second contact-agent pairing.
