Ultraviolet light disinfecting face shield system
A face shield system utilizes a headgear with an outer shield and an optional inner side that is proximal to a person wearing the face shield. The headgear may be configured to receive a disinfecting cartridge that neutralize or destroy pathogens in an airflow flowing therethrough. The cartridge may include a neutralizing UV light emitter and a destroying UV light emitter as well as an ionizer. The plenum may include a plurality of baffles to produce a serpentine flow through the plenum. The baffles and the interior of the plenum may be textured and polished and may include catalytic coatings for improving the effectiveness of pathogen destruction and absorbing ions and UV light. An air inlet may allow air from the plenum to pass into the inner side of the shield after the air is disinfected and purified by the UV light emitters.
Liquid perfume diffuser
A liquid perfume diffuser includes a perfume bottle holding a liquid perfume, an inner cap threaded onto the perfume bottle, a rotary cover rotatably capped on the inner cap for pressing and rotating by the user to move the inner cap relative to the perfume bottle between a close position and an open position, so that when the perfume is opened, the liquid perfume can then be absorbed by a liquid-absorbing material in the rotary cap, enabling the pleasant smell of the liquid perfume to be slowly and naturally released into the outside open air through a capillary effect.
Scent Dispersion Device
A scent delivery system includes a housing that releases a volatile substance from a porous body into the air. The housing may be part of a scent dispersion device that includes volatilization as directed by a fan and a controller within the housing.
Aroma diffuser using an aroma capsule
An aroma diffuser using an aroma capsule is disclosed to include a hollow housing including a first opening on a top side thereof, a second opening on a bottom side thereof and an integrated holder member downwardly inwardly extended from a top side thereof and defining therein a holding chamber facing toward the first opening, a heat conduction device mounted in the holding chamber, and a heating element mounted at a bottom side of the heat conduction device and kept in contact with the heat conduction device. Thus, an aroma capsule can be placed in the holding chamber and heated by the heating element to release fragrant vapor. After the aroma contained in the aroma capsule is used up, the aroma capsule can be replaced conveniently and rapidly.
SYSTEMS AND TECHNIQUES FOR GENERATING SCENT
Described herein are systems and techniques for generating odor impressions of scents. Some embodiments provide odor impressions in an extended reality (XR) environment (e.g., virtual reality (VR) and/or augmented reality (AR)). The system determines spatial characteristics of an odor impression that is to be generated in the XR environment. The system generates one or more commands for generating the odor impression based on the spatial characteristics. The system transmits the command(s) to a controller for execution. The controller may control dispersal of scented media to generate the odor impression.
SMART ELECTRIC INCENSE AND PERFUME BURNER
The smart electric incense and perfume burner is a remotely controllable, electrical incense burner controllable via a smart system using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The burner is in the form of an orb or spherical shell, which may be placed on top of a pedestal having a battery charging circuit. The orb functions separately as a portable, battery-operated, smart electric incense and perfume burner. The orb includes an upper chamber, centrally located at the top of the orb for liquid incense or perfume. The orb also includes a lower chamber with a solid incense heater. The outer surface of the orb has a plurality of vent openings for allowing smoke from the upper and lower chambers to exit the interior of the orb. The vent openings are surrounded by multicolor LEDs and are adapted to receive elongated decorations for display.
Vehicle interior component
A component for a vehicle interior configured to dispense scent in a vehicle interior is disclosed. The component may comprise a scent-dispensing apparatus comprising a module configured for at least one scent-dispensing cartridge (removable/replaceable) containing scent media. An actuator may be configured to operate the module in a bypass mode or for selection/actuation of a cartridge. A selected cartridge may be actuated from a sealed state to prevent airflow through scent media to an unsealed state to allow airflow across/through scent media and into the vehicle interior. The actuator may comprise a mechanism (e.g. slider, cam mechanism); each cartridge may comprise a valve mechanism actuated by the actuator; each mechanism may comprise a spring. The module may comprise a fan to provide airflow. The component may provide a user interface. The component may comprise a console, overhead console, floor console, center console, etc.
Volatile material dispenser having a faceplate
A volatile material dispenser includes a housing and a dispensing mechanism disposed within the housing for emitting a volatile material. A faceplate is attached to the housing and provides an aesthetically pleasing look to the volatile material dispenser.
Tiltrotor propulsion system for an aircraft
A propulsion system of an aircraft has at least one unducted fan and at least one ducted fan, the at least one unducted fan and the at least one ducted fan being powered by an electric power source and rotatable between a vertical thrust position and a forward thrust position, and a controller configured to distribute electrical power between the at least one unducted fan and the at least one ducted fan. During a first mode when the at least one unducted fan and the at least one ducted fan are in the vertical thrust position, the controller is configured to distribute the electrical power between the plurality of unducted fans and the plurality of ducted fans such that the at least one unducted fan is a primary source of thrust.
DISPENSING DEVICE
A dispensing device for release of a volatile material includes a base, a drive arm coupled to a pendulum based drive mechanism, and a refill coupled to the drive arm. The refill includes a support base, at least one flange, a substrate coupled with the at least one flange, and a use-up cue.
