According to the internal circulation type lampblack purifier, the cooling device is arranged, so that the temperature of discharged gas is effectively reduced, high-temperature water vapor in the discharged gas is eliminated, and the influence of the high-temperature water vapor on the indoor environment is prevented.
OLFACTORY ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
An olfactory environment management system includes a plurality of odor sensors, an aroma diffusing device, and a control server. Each of the plurality of odor sensors detects a chemical substance and determines a detected concentration of the chemical substance. The aroma diffusing device is equipped with first to n-th aroma capsules selected among a plurality of aroma capsules. The control server controls a combination of scents diffused from the aroma diffusing device. The aroma diffusing device determines an epicenter concentration of the chemical substance based on the detected concentration received from each of the plurality of odor sensors and transmits an identity of the chemical substance and the epicenter concentration to the control server. The control server individually controls an intensity of the emission of the aromatic substance of each of the first to n-th aroma capsules based on the identity of the chemical substance and the epicenter concentration.
AIR CLEANING APPARATUS AND METHODS OF PROVIDING AND USING THE SAME
An air cleaning apparatus including a housing that includes one or more intake vents and one or more exhaust vents. The air cleaning apparatus also can include an air chamber within the housing. The air cleaning apparatus additionally can include one or more disinfecting lights directed toward the air chamber. The air cleaning apparatus further can include a fan operable to perform moving air from outside the housing in a first direction through the one or more intake vents and into the air chamber to be exposed to the one or more disinfecting lights, and, after the air is exposed within the air chamber to the one or more disinfecting lights, moving the air from of the air chamber through the one or more exhaust vents in one or more second directions that are other than approximately parallel to the first direction. The air cleaning apparatus additionally can include a vortex reflector positioned adjacent to the air chamber and across from the one or more disinfecting lights. The air cleaning apparatus further can include vortex-inducing walls within the air chamber. Other embodiments are described.
Portable Disinfection Unit
A portable disinfecting apparatus with effective disinfection properties against pathogens, such as bacteria, fungi, and viruses is disclosed. Embodiments of the portable disinfecting apparatus include a portable sterilization box having at least one path configured to receive drawn air and to irradiate the drawn air with UV radiation along the path to produce disinfected air. The path may be provided using baffles that are configured, for example, in a serpentine or spiral configuration to provide a non-linear flow path for the air. The UV light sources, such as UV LEDs may be mounted on the baffles. Embodiments of the apparatus include an intake tube connected to the sterilization box for drawing air into the sterilization box from a point high within the room that is to be disinfected. The disinfected air is released from the sterilization box a point lower in the room. As the air is slightly heated during the disinfection process, drawing in air from high in the room and releasing the disinfected air lower in the room provides circulation and mixing of the disinfected air.
Method for controlling unpleasant odors
In a method for controlling unpleasant odors in discharge air from containers, rooms or plants in which strong smelling substances such as feces, waste or highly odorous foods are stored or processed, a fluid is introduced into the discharge air in a finely distributed form, which physically and/or chemically neutralizes the odor of the substances contained in the discharge air. The fluid is a 0.1% to 8% aqueous solution of an active substance concentrate which is 55-65 wt.-% triethylcitrate, 17.5 to 22.5 wt.-% 1,2 propanediol and 17.5 to 22 wt.- % di-propylene glycol-methylether. Alternatively, the fluid can also be a mixture of a suitable propellant gas mixture and the active substance concentrate specified above.
APPAREL AND/OR METHODS FOR COMBATING VIRUSES
A device for creating an air curtain protecting a human respiratory system is described. The device can be a hat and/or collar worn by a person and includes a constant or on demand flow of air that passes across a person's face to create an air curtain. The flow of air moving across the face blows airborne viruses away from a person's eyes, nose, and mouth. Another concept includes a glove that is outfitted with a device that purifies the glove. A battery could be mounted on a person's wrist or forearm with a small wire running down the glove. Likewise, the glove could be outfitted with UV light embedded on the surface or just underneath a permeable/top layer of the glove. Still further, the glove can carry electrical pulses aimed to kill viruses every ten seconds or so.
VOLATILE MATERIAL DISPENSER
A volatile material dispenser includes a base and a stand assembly that is coupled with the base. The base includes a fan and a battery therein. The stand assembly includes a platform, a stand that extends from the platform, and a manifold that extends from the stand. The volatile material dispenser also includes a shroud and an air deflector. The shroud is positioned on the base and defines a chimney. The air deflector is positioned between the shroud and the manifold. The air deflector is configured to direct air out of the chimney.
Odor emission system, device and method
Embodiments of a controlled odor emission system and device include an odor presentation port tube and an odor tray securely retained against a platform, a valve housing securable to the platform adjacent the tray, a valve secured within the valve housing and an actuator for moving the valve. By controlling movement of the valve, precise amounts of an odor can be dispensed under programmatic control for training animals. Further, a system incorporating a central control unit and a reward dispenser in communication with an odor emission device to facilitate animal training.
DISPENSER WITH AN IMPROVED HEATER ARRANGEMENT
A volatile material dispenser includes a housing that defines a longitudinal axis and is configured to receive a refill containing a volatile material and a wick. The volatile material dispenser also includes a cylinder that includes an inner wall that defines an opening and an interior edge, a resistor embedded in the cylinder, and a heater chassis that includes an inner wall that defines a passage between an upper end and a lower end. The upper end of the heater chassis abuts the interior edge of the cylinder. In addition, the inner wall of the cylinder extends away from the longitudinal axis at a first angle and the inner wall of the heater chassis extends away from the longitudinal axis at a second angle.
