Air pollution abatement and crop growth stimulation technology
10888050 · 2021-01-12 · ·

A system and method of abating air pollution and stimulating crop growth. A reagent is introduced to a crop canopy to neutralize air pollutants within said canopy, wherein the reagent induces an oxidation-reduction chemical reaction with the air pollution present throughout the acreage of crops, and by means of the reaction effectually neutralizes the harmful effects of the air pollutants on the crops. The reagent is diluted using a venturi valve or other means. The flow rate of said reagent is regulated using an electronic control unit, based on data collected from at least one type of sensor in the canopy that is in communication with the control unit.

Deodorizing apparatus and deodorizing method

Plasma is generated in a gas phase in a processing tub to produce a reforming component, the produced reforming component is dissolved in a liquid and is dispersed in the liquid to produce a reforming liquid, the produced reforming liquid is discharged from the processing tub to be stored in the storage tub, and gas is supplied from a gas supplier into the reforming liquid in the storage tub. The supplied gas has a bubble shape, comes into contact with the reforming liquid stored in the storage tub, and is deodorized.

Space modulation apparatus

A space modification apparatus includes a treatment tank configured to generate a gas phase around a rotating center of a rotating flow of a liquid by rotating the liquid, a first electrode of which at least a part is in the treatment tank so as to be in contact with the liquid in the treatment tank, a second electrode in contact with the liquid in the treatment tank, and a power source configured to apply a voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode to generate plasma in the gas phase to generate modification components, the modification components being dissolved and dispersed in the liquid, and a modification liquid being generated and retained in a storage tank. The modification liquid is sprayed or scattered from a nozzle into a treatment target space via a supply pump in the form of mist.

Electrolyzed water spraying device (1000) of the present disclosure includes water storage tank (100), electrolysis tank (200), first feeder (128), electrode part (210), humidification tank (300), second feeder (138), third feeder (228), sprayer (310), and controller (500). In a water shortage state in which water is insufficient in electrolysis tank (200), when water and electrolysis accelerator are fed to electrolysis tank (200), controller (500) executes initial processing of generating electrolyzed water having a second concentration lower than a first concentration and feeding the electrolyzed water having the second concentration to humidification tank (300) by third feeder (228), and executes, after the initial processing, normal processing of generating electrolyzed water having the first concentration and feeding the electrolyzed water having the first concentration to humidification tank (300) by third feeder (228).

Voltage application device and discharge device

A voltage application device according to the present disclosure includes a voltage application circuit and a control circuit. The control circuit causes the voltage application circuit to alternately repeat a first mode and a second mode. The first mode is a mode that raises a voltage while time elapses, and generates a discharge current by promoting corona discharge to dielectric breakdown. The second mode is a mode that lowers the voltage to cut off the discharge current by causing a load to be in an overload state against the voltage application circuit. This can suppress an amount of ozone generated, while increasing an amount of radicals produced.

SPACE CLEANING DEVICE

Space cleaning device (1000) of the present disclosure includes: an electrolysis tank; electrolysis accelerator inputter (400) that inputs an electrolysis accelerator; electrolyzed water generator (460) that generates the electrolyzed water; a cleaner; input instruction unit (510) that instructs input of the electrolysis accelerator; input detector (512) that detects the input of the electrolysis accelerator; non-input detection number counter (514); and electric conduction setting determiner (522). Non-input detection number counter (514) counts the non-input detection number that is the number of times input detector (512) has not detected the input of the electrolysis accelerator even after input instruction unit (510) has instructed the input of the electrolysis accelerator. Electric conduction setting determiner (522) determines electric conduction setting for electrolysis in the electrolyzed water generator based on the non-input detection number counted by non-input detection number counter (514).

An electrolyzed water spraying device of the present disclosure includes: a short-term maintenance water storage portion (30) that stores liquid and requires short-term maintenance; a long-term maintenance water storage portion (31) that stores liquid and requires long-term maintenance; and a notification controller (43) that notifies each of the timing of the next short-term maintenance and the timing of the next long-term maintenance. The notification controller (43) simultaneously performs the notification of the timing of the next short-term maintenance and the notification of the timing of the next long-term maintenance when the timing of the next short-term maintenance and the timing of the next long-term maintenance are close to each other.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) air sanitization/isolation system with anti-virus curtain walls
12053562 · 2024-08-06 · ·

Various embodiments are directed to a coronavirus air sanitization/isolation system with anti-virus curtain. The system may include a group of anti-virus strips with attached separation magnets coupled to an air inlet housing mounted above (e.g., in an attic ceiling) in an enclosed space. The anti-virus strips may be coated with a saline and soap solution that attracts airborne droplets contaminated with the coronavirus and dissolves a fatty layer of coronavirus cell membranes to prevent cell replication of the coronavirus, thereby destroying the coronavirus. The air inlet housing may include exhaust ventilation fans, salt filters, a wick saturated with the saline and soap solution, an electro-static air filter, and a distribution air duct. The fans may be utilized to circulate an airstream containing the coronavirus through the anti-virus strips, the filters, the saturated wick, and the distribution air duct to remove the coronavirus while protecting occupants with uncontaminated air.
