A method for load sharing class 1 SCCP messages includes receiving a class 1 SCCP message requiring global title translation (GTT). The method includes performing GTT for the message to select a load sharing group for the message. The method further includes generating a message signal unit (MSU) load sharing key using parameters from a combination of message transfer part (MTP) layer parameters and signaling connection control part (SCCP) layer parameters. The method further includes using the MSU load sharing key to select a destination address from the load sharing group for the message. The method further includes inserting the destination address into the message. The method further includes routing the message to a destination corresponding to the destination address.

Systems and methods for storing data are provided herein using a data archive architecture controlled by a head server. The head server can write data in a contiguous manner across multiple storage devices by partitioning objects into multiple portions and spreading the portions across the multiple storage devices. Portions of a first object can be transmitted to a first subset of storage devices and portions of a second object can be transmitted to a second subset of storage devices. The first subset of storage devices can write the portions of the first object to a first write location indicated by a write pointer. The head server can increment the write pointer based on a length of the portions of the first object to a second write location. The second subset of storage devices can write the portions of the second object to the second write location.

The call signaling leg toward the remote endpoint of the remote party is held, while the call signaling leg toward the user element is moved from the transferring-out subsystem to the transferring-in subsystem and a new bearer path is established via the transferring-in subsystem. During transfers with a bearer path interruption, a portion of the bearer path leading to the remote endpoint may be connected to a media resource function, which will provide an announcement to the remote party. Once the user element is accessible in the transferring-in subsystem, the bearer path is further transferred to the user element via the transferring-in subsystem.

The method includes sending origination information from a mobile device to an application server in an enterprise network using Short Message Service (SMS) and determining whether a hotline feature is present in a subscriber profile associated with the mobile device.
