A crown material loop located on the top section is adapted to hold the pouch after the pouch is twisted and lifted toward the top section. The pouch is adapted to be worn in a variety of styles, including to lay untwisted when the wrap is in an extended position, and twisted and lifted upward when the wrap is in a wrapped position.
