VARIABLE COMPUTING ENGINE FOR INTERACTIVE MEDIA BASED UPON USER BIOMETRICS
A system and method for implementing interactive media content is provided. Interactive media content is received for communication to a user through at least wireless earpieces. User biometrics are measured utilizing the wireless earpieces. A user condition associated with the user biometrics is determined. Branching patterns of the interactive media content are modified in response to the user condition. The interactive content may be a game or story.
Extension Cord System
An extension cord system includes an electronic device that may store audio data. A case is provided and the electronic device is removably positioned therein. A pair of headphones is provided. The headphones are selectively electrically coupled to the electronic device. An extension cord is selectively electrically coupled between the electronic device and the pair of headphones. The extension cord engages the case when the extension cord is electrically coupled to the electronic device. Thus, the extension cord is inhibited from being unplugged from the electronic device.
Case for multiple earpiece pairs
A system includes a plurality of earpiece sets, each of the earpiece sets comprising a left earpiece and a right earpiece and a smart case. The smart case includes a case housing, a plurality of receptacle sets disposed within the case housing, wherein the receptacle sets are configured to hold the plurality of earpiece sets, a processor disposed within the case housing, and a transceiver disposed within the housing and operatively connected to the processor.
WEARABLE MODULAR TELECOMMUNICATION DEVICE
Wearable electronic device includes a neck loop worn on a neck with two electromechanical units; two in-ear earphones; two earphone cords. Each unit has an earphone cord winding mechanism including (i) a spool for winding the earphone cord; (ii) a double drive mechanism including an electric motor, a reducer, and a spiral spring; (iii) an engagement mechanism for engagement between the drive mechanism and the spool; and (iv) a lock mechanism. One unit has a motor control key for the electric motor and the lock mechanism. One end of the cords is connected to one of the earphones and the other end to one of the spools. The units are mechanically connected to each other to prevent twisting, and to the neck loop so that one of the units is on the left side of the chest, and the other electromechanical unit is on the right side of the chest.
Earpiece with wirelessly recharging battery
A wearable device includes a housing, a rechargeable battery disposed within the housing and a short range transceiver for near field communication disposed within the housing. The short range transceiver for near field communications comprises a core and a plurality of coil turns wrapped around the core to thereby form a coil. A charging circuit may electrically connected between the coil and the rechargeable battery and configured to charge the rechargeable battery using electromagnetic waves received by the coil.
System and method for populating electronic medical records with wireless earpieces
A system, method and wireless earpieces for populating an electronic medical record utilizing wireless earpieces. The sensor measurements are analyzed. The sensor measurements are associated with the electronic medical record of the user. The electronic medical record of the user is populated with the sensor measurements. Communications including the electronic medical record are communicated.
Earpiece with Digital Rights Management
A wireless earpiece for digital rights management is provided. The wireless earpiece includes a processor disposed within the ear piece housing, a speaker operatively connected to the processor, a storage medium disposed within the ear piece housing and operatively connected to the processor, and a wireless transceiver disposed within the ear piece housing and operatively connected to the processor. The processor may be configured to access audio files stored on the storage medium to play the audio files over the speaker. The processor may be configured to provide a digital rights management feature for one or more of the audio files. The processor may be further configured to access an audio stream conveyed to the earpiece through the wireless transceiver. The processor may be further configured to provide a digital rights management for the audio stream.
Wearable Earpiece Multifactorial Biometric Analysis System and Method
A system, method and one or more wireless earpieces for authenticating a transaction utilizing one or more wireless earpieces. An indication that the transaction is pending is received by the one or more wireless earpieces. Biometric readings are performed for a user utilizing sensors of the one or more wireless earpieces. The biometric readings are analyzed to determine whether the user is authorized to perform the transaction. The transaction is authenticated in response to determining the biometric readings authorize the user to perform the transaction.
Wireless ear buds with proximity sensors
Ear buds are provided that communicate wirelessly with an electronic device. To determine the current status of the ear buds and thereby take suitable action in controlling the operation of the electronic device and ear buds, the ear buds may be provided with sensor circuitry. The sensor circuitry may include proximity sensors. The ear buds may each have a housing with a main body portion that is configured to be inserted into the ear of the user and an elongated stem portion that extends from the main body portion. The proximity sensors may include sensors on the main body and sensors on the stem. The proximity sensors may be light-based sensors that emit light that passes through the housing.
HEADPHONE EARTIPS WITH INTERNAL SUPPORT COMPONENTS FOR OUTER EARTIP BODIES
Headphone eartips with internal support components and methods for making the same are provided. Different support components may provide specific amounts and types of additional rigidity at specific portions of an exterior surface of an outer eartip body that may be expected to interface with specific portions of an ear canal geometry when an eartip subassembly is positioned within the ear canal, such that the eartip subassembly may conform to the various shapes of the ear canal while maintaining an acoustic seal.
