Disclosed are a diaphragm for a sound generating device and a sound generating device. The diaphragm comprising at least one elastomer layer, wherein the elastomer layer is made of an ethylene propylene diene monomer; and the ethylene propylene diene monomer is formed by polymerizing three monomers, the three monomers being an ethylene monomer, a propylene monomer and a non-conjugated diene monomer respectively, a mass ratio of the ethylene monomer to the propylene monomer ranging from 0.25 to 4, and content of the non-conjugated diene monomer being 1%-15% of total content of the ethylene monomer and the propylene monomer. The ethylene propylene diene monomer has excellent high-temperature resistance and thermo-oxidative aging resistance; and after the rubber is made into the diaphragm, the diaphragm is capable of working in a high-temperature environment for a long time, maintaining not only excellent elasticity but also excellent anti-fatigue characteristic, thereby possessing excellent reliability.

Thermoplastic resin composition and article produced therefrom

A thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article formed of the same. The thermoplastic resin composition includes: about 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; about 5 to about 20 parts by weight of a rubber modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin; about 0.5 to about 3 parts by weight of a maleic anhydride-grafted rubber polymer; about 50 to about 100 parts by weight of glass fibers; about 10 to about 30 parts by weight of barium sulfate; and about 5 to about 20 parts by weight of a phosphorus flame retardant. The thermoplastic resin composition can have high specific gravity and good properties in terms of impact resistance, weather resistance, flame retardancy, fluidity, and the like.

An embodiment relates to a speaker and a speaker module. The speaker comprises a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system; the vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil coupled to the diaphragm; a space between a front side of the diaphragm and a front sound cavity cover forms a front sound cavity, and a space between a back side of the diaphragm and a rear sound cavity cover forms a rear sound cavity; wherein the speaker further comprises a plurality of injection molding inserts disposed along a vibration direction of the diaphragm, and the injection molding insert comprises a first end and a second end; the first end is joined with a surface of the front sound cavity cover close to the diaphragm, and the second end is joined with a surface of the rear sound cavity cover close to the diaphragm. One technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the present invention is to ensure, by using the injection molding inserts, the stability of relative distance and parallelism of the diaphragm connection surface of the housing with respect to both the front sound cavity support surface and the rear sound cavity support surface, so as to ensure stability of the acoustic performance of the speaker.
