HIGH AMPLITUDE MICRO LOUDSPEAKER WITH A DOUBLE SUSPENSION FRAME
There is disclosed herein a high amplitude micro loudspeaker comprising a magnet circuit, comprised by a magnet of a select size and shape mounted to a back plate. A voice coil is of a size and shape to be sleeved about the magnet. A speaker frame is operatively secured to the back plate around a periphery of the magnet to define a space therebetween for receiving the voice coil. Front and rear suspension components are respectively secured to a front and rear of the voice coil and to a front and rear of the speaker frame whereby the voice coil is supported so that it is suspended and sleeved about the magnet. A diaphragm assembly is secured to the front of the speaker frame and the front of the voice coil.
SPEAKER
A speaker includes a vibration diaphragm, a voice coil, a first magnet, and a second magnet. Each of the first and second magnets includes an end adjacent to the voice coil and an end distant from the voice coil, of which magnetic polarities are opposite to each other. The ends of the first magnet and the second magnet that are adjacent to the voice coil are of opposite magnetic polarities. The voice coil is partly aligned with a gap between the first magnet and the second magnet. A portion of the voice coil is located between the end surfaces of the first and second magnets that exhibit a height difference. Due to the height difference, a path of the magnetic lines of force is shortened and the magnetic flux density in an area around the voice coil is thus increased, thereby increasing the BL value of electromechanical coupling factor.

An electromagnetic transducer includes a yoke, a first magnet, a second magnet, and a spacer. The yoke is disposed along a vertical axis. The first magnet is magnetically coupled to the yoke and has a polarization in a first orientation with respect to the vertical axis. The speaker device includes frame, vibration unit and magnetic circuit unit, where vibration unit includes diaphragm, voice coil and holder; holder includes holder body and first connecting portion; voice coil includes pair of first sides and pair of second sides; first side is provided with elastic support member fixed to frame and fixed to first connecting portion; elastic support member and first side enclose an accommodating space; magnetic circuit unit includes main magnetic body and an auxiliary magnetic body; auxiliary magnetic body includes first magnetic portion that is respectively spaced apart from first side and located in accommodating space; elastic support member include an auxiliary diaphragm; auxiliary diaphragm is provided with an avoiding groove. The present disclosure can increase volume of magnetic circuit unit to increase BL value, and can effectively reduce weight of vibration unit to improve sensitivity.
Electroacoustic Transducer, Speaker Module, and Electronic Device
Embodiments of this application disclose an electroacoustic transducer, including a center magnet, two first side magnets, two second side magnets, a voice coil, a voice diaphragm, and two flexible printed circuit boards. The two first side magnets are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the center magnet, and a first gap is formed between the first side magnet and the center magnet. One end of the voice coil is partially located in the first gap, and the voice diaphragm is fixedly connected to the other end of the voice coil. The two flexible printed circuit boards are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the center magnet. The electroacoustic transducer has comparatively high magnetic induction strength and comparatively high sensitivity.
SINGLE SHRAPNEL BONE CONDUCTION OSCILLATOR
The invention disclose a single-shrapnel bone conduction oscillator, comprising an embedded shrapnel-type bracket, a first combined bracket being snap-connected to a middle of a top of the embedded shrapnel-type bracket, and a second combined bracket being snap-connected an inside of the embedded shrapnel-type bracket, a voice coil being sleeved on an outer surface of the second combined bracket, a washer being placed inside the voice coil, a magnet being placed on a bottom portion of the washer, and a U-CUP being snap-connected to an bottom portion of the embedded shrapnel-type bracket. The invention has a simple structure. The invention adopts the single-shrapnel type design provided, when the oscillator adds an electric signal, the first combined bracket is fixed with the front shell of the headset to generate vibration, and the magnetic circuit is fixed in the embedded shrapnel bracket. The front shell of the headset generates reverse vibration, which cancels the sound produced by the vibration of the main body. Thereby solve the problem of sound leakage after the bone conduction oscillator is installed as an earphone. Thus, the sound leakage defect of the headset is perfectly improved, the quality of the headset is improved, and the user's experience is enhanced.

The invention disclose a single-shrapnel bone conduction oscillator, comprising an embedded shrapnel-type bracket, a first combined bracket being snap-connected to a middle of a top of the embedded shrapnel-type bracket, and a second combined bracket being snap-connected an inside of the embedded shrapnel-type bracket, a voice coil being sleeved on an outer surface of the second combined bracket, a washer being placed inside the voice coil, a magnet being placed on a bottom portion of the washer, and a U-CUP being snap-connected to an bottom portion of the embedded shrapnel-type bracket. The invention has a simple structure. The invention adopts the single-shrapnel type design provided, when the oscillator adds an electric signal, the first combined bracket is fixed with the front shell of the headset to generate vibration, and the magnetic circuit is fixed in the embedded shrapnel bracket. The front shell of the headset generates reverse vibration, which cancels the sound produced by the vibration of the main body.
