METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DETERMINING MIXING PARAMETERS BASED ON DECOMPOSED AUDIO DATA
The present invention provides a method for processing audio data, comprising the steps of providing a first audio track of mixed input data, said mixed input data representing an audio signal containing a plurality of different timbres, decomposing the mixed input data to obtain decomposed data representing an audio signal containing at least one, but not all, of the plurality of different timbres, providing a second audio track, analyzing audio data, including at least the decomposed data, to determine at least one mixing parameter, and generating an output track based on the at least one mixing parameter, said output track comprising first output data obtained from the first audio track and second output data obtained from the second audio track.
Playback based on acoustic signals
Example techniques relate to playback based on acoustic signals in a system including a first playback device and a second playback device. A first playback device may detect a user-spoken signal. The first playback device sends, to a network device, data corresponding to the detected user-spoken signal. The network device causes playback of the media item to be transferred to the first playback device such that the second playback device stops playing back a media item and the first playback device begins playing back the media item.
Web control with real-time content analysis
The present disclosure describes a client-based web control system for analyzing and filtering web content received at a user device and presenting the filtered content on the user device in real-time, one or more operations and functions being efficiently achieved via this system comprise: receiving, at a user device, web content; identifying, at the user device, at least one model for classifying the web content; performing, at the user device, real-time analysis on the web content using the at least one model to classify the web content and determine a classification result; and taking an action on the web content at the user device based on the classification result. The present disclosure also describes the web control system including a cloud server, which, in conjunction with the user device, analyzes and classifies the web content.
Measuring and evaluating a test signal generated by a device under test (DUT)
Embodiments described herein generally relate to measuring and evaluating a test signal generated by a device under test (DUT). In particular, the test signal generated by the DUT may be compared to a reference signal and scored based on the comparison. For example, a method may include: capturing a test signal from a device under test; splicing the test signal into a plurality of test audio files based on a plurality of frequency bins; at each frequency bin, comparing each of the plurality of test audio files to a corresponding reference audio file from among a plurality of reference audio files, the plurality of reference audio files being associated with a reference signal; and calculating a performance score of the device under test based on the comparisons.
Adjusting Volume Levels
In general, user interfaces for controlling a plurality of multimedia players in groups are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, a user interface is provided to allow a user to group some of the players according to a theme or scene, where each of the players is located in a zone. When the scene is activated, the players in the scene react in a synchronized manner. For example, the players in the scene are all caused to play a multimedia source or music in a playlist, wherein the multimedia source may be located anywhere on a network. The user interface is further configured to illustrate graphically a size of a group, the larger the group appears relatively, the more plays there are in the group.
Display control device, display control method, and program
There is provided a display control device, display control method, and program capable of executing control such that information can be displayed more appropriately and efficiently according to an environment in which information is displayed or a situation of displayed information, the display control device including: a display control unit configured to decide a display region of a display object to be displayed on a display surface according to information regarding a real object on the display surface.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROJECTING AND DISPLAYING ACOUSTIC DATA
Systems can include an acoustic sensor array configured to receive acoustic signals, an illuminator configured to emit electromagnetic radiation, an electromagnetic imaging tool configured to receive electromagnetic radiation, a distance measuring tool, and a processor. The processor can illuminate the target scene via the illuminator, receive electromagnetic image data from the electromagnetic imaging tool representative of the illuminated scene, receive acoustic data from the acoustic sensor array, and receive distance information from the distance measuring tool. The processor can be further configured to generate acoustic image data of the scene based on the received acoustic data and received distance information and generate a display image comprising combined acoustic image data and electromagnetic image data. The processor can determine depths of various acoustic signals within a scene and generate a representation of the scene the shows the determined depths, including floorplan and volumetric representations.

Some systems include an electromagnetic imaging tool configured to receive electromagnetic radiation, a communication interface, a processor in communication with the electromagnetic imaging tool and the communication interface, and a housing. Systems can include a first sensor head having a first plurality of acoustic sensor elements arranged in a first acoustic sensor array. The communication interface can provide communication between the processor and the sensor head via wired or wireless communication. The communication interface can comprise a docking port in communication with the processor and configured to removably receive a corresponding docking mechanism of the first sensor head. Some systems may include a second sensor head having a second plurality of acoustic sensor elements. The second sensor head may be interchangeably connectable to the communication interface and/or the first sensor head.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TAGGING AND LINKING ACOUSTIC IMAGES
Some systems include an acoustic sensor array configured to receive acoustic signals, an electromagnetic imaging tool configured to receive electromagnetic radiation, a position sensor configured to output position information, memory, and a processor. The processor can receive acoustic data from the acoustic sensor array and generate acoustic image data from the received acoustic data. The processor can receive electromagnetic image data from the electromagnetic imaging tool and combine the generated acoustic image data and the received electromagnetic image data to generate a display image.
